Who?s got the meats? Not Arby?s Riverdale! Ordered a French dip, and this is what I got. Disappointing :( Update: Someone... contacted me immediately, asked for more information, and said someone from the store would be contacting me. No one ever did!Another disappointment in Arby?s Riverdale :( Another Update: Another contact via survey to see if the issue was resolved. About a week later, I received a complimentary meal coupon. Amazing! The staff here cares about me when I am in. If they are busy they are least say hi or acknowledge me. Food is fast food... so for that it's wonderful and tasty. And it's quick. I have been in the business and it's quick compared to other places. I goin at non peak hours though. I would recommend this place to others! Read more
Just got dinner here a few days ago, and the guy at the registers was one of the nicest cashiers I've ever met. And of course... the food was delicious. It has a nice atmosphere in there, definitely my favorite Arby's in the area. Read more
Ordered 2 king size roast beef and fries. The buns were the size of a regular sandwich and the meat was cold, dry and rubbery... and lacked flavor. The fries were cold and tasteless. What a disappointment. It's been 6 years since I've had the opportunity tohave Arby's and I was really looking forward to it.... I will NOT be going back. Bye Arby's. Read more
The buffalo nuggets are sauced! The sauce has a nice flavor with a good little burn. I can't get enough! The other items ( beef... and cheddar, mozzarella sticks and fries) were nice and hot! Chicken Diablo - spicy burger done right! Spicy, tender, good balance of lettuce (not falling out at the first bite). Spicy but... not cover with a tangy buffalo sauce flavor, which I feel is pretty common with fast food ?spicy burger?. Definitely will getagain if recipe stays consistent.
