Service is always excellent. Helen, our server was attentive and always had a smile on her face! The food was delicious and the... margaritas were better than any other place we've been to. Tried Boston?s for lunch for the first time today. I was alone running errands and got hungry. No one was at the check-in... counter when I walked in. I waited for maybe 2-3 minutes before someone came up to greet me. Not a huge deal. I was seated inthe corner, which I didn?t really mind, as long as I wasn?t forgotten. I probably sat for about 15 minutes before the waitresscame to my table. There was a large party seated at the table next to me, so perhaps everyone was just busy. No explanation fromthe waitress. I immediately ordered my water and a salad and waited probably 15-20 minutes for the food. It was good but def notworth $17. It looked rather sparse (especially the dressing which was maybe a total of a teaspoon worth). Oh and before I couldeat, I had to ask a bus person for new utensils because my fork had what looked like dried cheese or maybe spaghetti. I ate at anormal pace, paid and left. Our waitress did her "job" well, but lacked friendliness. She was very serious and didn't smile once. We had a larger group,... so used 3 tables pushed together. All three tables were sticky on the edges and one was sticky on the top. Even after thehostess wiped it off, the top was still sticky. We loved coming to this Boston's after a long night of running around. The customer service was amazing and our server Siri was... an amazing help. The food was delicious and they had some good drinks too. I would definitely recommend the MVB burger becauseit was delicious especially with the cactus cuts, only get the cactus cuts if you like a bit of spice. I was shopping in the area & decided to stop for a drink & quick bite to eat. They were closed. But their door hours say they... should be open. No visible signage stating otherwise on the door. This must be another business that doesn't believe in payingtheir employees enough to work here. So much for me trying to support them through the "pandemic." Dinner was fabulous. I had the Sicilian pizza and my wife had a build your own pasta. We did the cactus cuts with their cactus... dip and that was great. Overall our server was great. She was busy so food and drinks were a little slow but we understand thetimes and were not in a rush. Great atmosphere and fun place to grab 2 for 1 drinks during happy hour or dinner. Read more

The reason why I gave this place a 3 star rating because our server took forever to get our water &... even after she brought it out to us, she didn't take our order for another 15 mins.
