Almost every time I've been here it's been really odd. Before COVID there was a bartender and he was amazing. He would notice me... whenever I came in with someone and he would help us right away and give us a new sample of a shot he created. Not sure if hestill works here. The food is pretty average besides the pizza of course. I honestly usually would eat something from a fastfood restaurant before or after going here because the food tastes better from a fast food restaurant. Last time I came here,we waited at the bar for 5 minutes, the waitress looked at us several times and never came over to help us so we just left.That's been the experience most of the times we have come. The wife took us there on a Thursday night. She had 2 coupons for free pizzas for the kids, which was great. Erika was great!... The bartender managed to mix up bacardi rum with Bacardi Limon. But that's easy. The big take away is Erika is so sweet and sucha great waitress and hostess! Read more
I can?t speak to the pizza. I gave one star for the experience? one was the lowest I could give. I am someone who writes... positive reviews by far more often than negative. We decided to get Broadway pizza to celebrate my aunt?s 80th bday since thehotel was right across the street. I?d screenshot a coupon for a discount on your first online order. I went an hour early tomake sure things were timed just right as the elderly and young don?t fare well if their schedules are off. I was told todownload the app. It simply would not load nor send a code so I could order. Several hostess?s tried to help me, one of thestaff commented that the app had problems. I asked if they would honor the coupon since it was defective. The hostess went toask someone in the kitchen. The manager or lead person finally came to say I should come back because it might take the app aday or so after being downloaded until it would work (what?! and what?!). I explained the party was happening at that momentand asked if she was saying no to honoring their defective app?s coupon? Yes she was. We had to get pizza elsewhere and thisdelayed everything another hour. For a place that has 2.5 stars on yelp this was a poor business decision. It was not my faultbut theirs. Instead of everyone at our party enjoying Broadway pizza, the manager?s poor decision became the topic ofdiscussion. Staff at the hotel and others walking through the lobby of the hotel overheard and also joined the conversation. Negative experiences are very powerful. A great example for a Business 101 class. Based on the original train car my parents used to eat at in the 50s, do NOT let Broadway Pizza go unnoticed!!! The... environment, special custom made to order food, and secret recipes keep my family coming back for more! Original review underwrong account. PLEASE FOLLOW THIS ONE. ???? Broadway Pizza is based on the original train dinning car. The new restauranthas nicely done decor to make that connection, but the real treat is the SERVICE and TASTE that my parents used to enjoy asnewlyweds 50 years ago! Great pizza, Any way you want it! I placed my online order in the payment process was the problem that I was trying to pay with a gift card and there is not... option to enter gift card number so I decided to call and a lady answered the phone and I explained her what happened so shedecided to placed the order over the phone when she read the order back to me she added some extra items, she told me that sheneeded a supervisor to come and override the system so she put me on hold for 10 minutes, seen that she never came back tofinish the call and confirm that the order was placed I called back with my other phone while the other still on hold. Someoneelse answered I explained her that I was speaking with some one else and she excused that they were really busy so I asked herto again place the order one more time. Good this time she didn't mess up my order, so I drove there and pick up my order, Afterthe long order process I would say that the Pizza was the best of everything that we order. The burger was not juicy and thetaste was bland. The buffalo wings I felt that was needed more sauce on them as they were more fry than anythingelse. Definitely I will try their pizzas better. We went out to dinner on a Monday evening, during a snowstorm, while the football game was on, so needless to say there were... only a handful of customers that evening. First time I've ever seen it that empty!! Typically very busy! Tried the Loaded BakedPotato Pizza, which was specifically priced since it was the pizza of the month. Excellent food and presentable staff, whoensured that we had a great experience. Buffet options available during lunchtime. Looking forward to trying their buffet!! Read more
