The most HORRIBLE experience I've had in a long time. The server was definitely friendly. She told me she has been there for 9... years. I expected better. 1) French fries come out first. COLD. I ordered a side salad with salsa and they sent out CarolinaReaper Sauce instead which I ordered for a side. We sat there numerous times needing refills while she was chatting with somefriends of her in a booth near us. I finally had to yell out, "can we get some refills??" Now we are done. We waited, waited andwaited while she again seemed to be busy in that little area where they print out the tab/bill. Either it's a slow system orthey are slow. I was there with a 80 year old female, her daughter and I'm 76. I will NEVER deal with again. My friend had a$50.00 gift certificate and after the long time it took our server to bring us the tab, we gave her the gift certificate andWALKED OUT. This location has gotten horrible. We stopped here a month ago and waited over 20 minutes without a host ever coming to check... us in and it didn't look to be very busy. The kids were getting fussy so we went to eat somewhere else. Tonight we get there at4pm, got seated quickly but then it was 26 minutes until we got an actual waiter to take our initial drink orders and that'sonly because we had to ask for a waiter/waitress. While waiting we were brought someone else's order not once but twice. Whenour order was ready they only brought one persons (out of 4) meal with the rest of ours almost 15 minutes later. When the restof the food finally arrived it was barely warm, the wings are tiny compared to how they used to be and they barely had sauce onthem. Needless to say this is probably the last time we'll ever go to BWWs, at least that particular location. Read more
Not sure where to start, but to say this was the worst restaurant experience we've had in years. From food coming out in shifts... over 50 minutes, to dirty dishes stacking up at the end of our table while many servers passed by them to luke warm food comingout, but told it just came out of the fryer... It was obvious there wasn't any management "working", they may have been there,but were no where to be seen. This was our first time back to Buffalo Wild Wings in over a year and I don't see us returning anytime in the near future. We need restaurant options in our area so PLEASE fix your store so it stays around... Read more
Other than the bartender this place sucks. Honestly, I understand and empathize with under staffing but this is a management... issue. Everyone is understaffed. We waited 30 minutes for cold nachos and then another hour for boneless wings and the rest ofour order never came. As much as I love the tapas approach, this is not the place for it Updating: owner response is automatedand gives me action. I've explained clearly the issue. Stop putting it on customers to do further action before you do anything.These reviews are not even addressed by Corporate. Read more
Good Food but poor service. Bartender was lazy. Prices have gone up, yet they still ask at the end, "Do you need any change... back?" when you go to pay the bill. The guy behind the bar was upset when we wouldn't drink Pepsi versus Coke, which was whatwas ordered. Personally, I wouldn't go back there. Great monthly beer specials! New chicken sandwich was a delicious, large, very crispy fillet. However, the breading could have... used more seasonings. Our server Kody, did an excellent job of bending some elbows to make my meal more diabetic friendly byallowing me to have coleslaw instead of fries. Really went out of the way to insure we had good experience. Wings were great, asalways. Big standout here was the Smoked Brisket Tacos. WOW, full of smoky flavor and we LOVED the crispy, chewy end piecesscattered in the filling. Outstanding textural differences. Would definitely go back! Read more
Orders placed at this location are consistently late, made poorly and often just not what I ordered. It's often painfully... obvious that part of my order has been sitting for most of the 15+ minutes after it was supposed to be ready because it'salready lukewarm from sitting on the rack when I get it. At this point it's not worth the high price to wait around and stillget cold food, so I won't be coming back here anymore. Read more
