Honestly everyone?s sentiments are accurate. I went here when they opened at the place was disgusting. The tables were filthy,... there was food and trash on the floor, and there was some type of water leak at the ordering area in which they had no cautionmarkers or attempted to wipe up. ATTENTION OWNER. Please visit your restaurant once in a while or at least hire responsible managers. This place is beyond nasty.... Let's start with the floors; napkins, toilet paper, food and other garbage is all over the floor. All tables were dirty. ALL. Itook a pic of some. Outside garbage bins were missing, Specialty drinks were out, fajita veggies was out, chicken was burned tothe point it was not etable. At the time of my arrival there were 6 customers eating so it's not like they were too busy toclean or restock items. Working table, the one they make your food on was beyond dirty leftover foods were all over it. Its sodisgusting. Staff was like sleeping zombies barely moving and half were day dreaming. This is so embarrassing for such a hugecompany as yours. I love Chipotle but this location changed my mind. Absolutely no customer service. Take care of your customersbecause they sign your paychecks. Lots of competition around so it makes no sense why this location not taking their businessseriously. Very disappointed. For a Sunday and for it to be around lunch time, service was fast! Got in and had a very short wait before my wife and I were up... to place our respective orders. The employees made sure we got everything we wanted, just exactly how we wanted it. Very politeand respectful. Dining room wasn't overly full and in good condition, clean, and organized. This place is absolutely disgusting! Arrive went to order I stated the meat I wanted, forgot to say bowl or burrito, and the... lady just stood there and stared at me with a look of disgust. Then they had no veggies, said yeah well we didn?t have anyyesterday either, but it?s a free topping, so it doesn?t matter and the corn was still frozen. Get to checkout tried charging mefor previous persons order. The fountain beverage area was empty and gross. All 4 Napkin holders empty, just a bag sitting ontop open to grab, ice/soda machine was running constant water, other fountain beverages were all dirty and empty. Garbage wasover flowing, stainless counter dirty, floor muddy and gross. Something spilled and just a stack of napkins sitting on top ofspill. Bathrooms had ruined all over as if they have not been cleaned for at least a week by looks of it. This location has been a complete disappointment for months. There is almost always a 20-30 minute wait past my promised time... for pick up for my food. I have also had my last 4 orders prepared incorrectly. There was even one night that there was onlyone employee running the entire restaurant and they were out of 4 ingredients. That is completely unacceptable. Nobody shouldhave to go through that level of stress that I?m sure that one poor employee was going through for a low wage job. Even thoughthis location is the only convenient one from my home. I believe this location needs to be closed. I would prefer it closedversus encountering constant problems when I try to order. This store was disgusting. Not one table was wiped, there was garbage all over the floor, every trash can was overflowing, only... a couple of the soda selections were working and those that did work didn't taste right, none of the teas or lemonade dispensers(4 of them) had anything in them and hadn't been cleaned in awhile, you can't order in person you have to order on the app, Icounted maybe 10 pieces of meat in my bowl and my wife's bowl was the same, we also had ordered our bowls with fajitas and therewere no fajitas in the bowls- I asked and the worker said they didn't have fajitas so I couldn't have any... But never told usor wrote on the receipt or anything stating that they were not included, everything about this store was dirty, uncleaned andjust flat out gross. I normally am pretty understanding when it comes to stuff like this but I questioned if I should even eatmy bowl being I couldn't see it be prepared and I wondered about how clean the back kitchen was as the front part of the storewas so dirty. There was accumulated trash under the cash register that you can see that hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Thiswasn't just a busy days worth of accumulation. My children asked why the area wehere we are supposed to eat in is so dirty. Iwon't even go into detail on what the bathroom condition was but I am sure you can take a good guess... I will never come to this location again. It is slowly wasting away, even though its in a great area. They have always had... staffing issues which affects their hours and ultimately the food and wait times. I get it; its due to covid, like many otherrestaurants, they may be suffering still. We've been to this Chipotle several times only because it is convenient but each timeit is getting worse... Last night was the last straw. They of course had decreased staff, therefore we could only order onlinefor pick up. No surpise there. The food was promised to be ready in 20 minutes; they are always behind regardless of staffingproblems. 45 mins later our food is bagged up and ready to go. 3 burritos and 1 kids meal. These are the just some things I mustnote in my review: Once we picked up the food, I noticed many items I paid for were forgotten, I check this often because its aregular occurrence that things are missed. Tonight it was the kid's milk, chips, and 2 oranges. The burritos were lazilywrapped, food scraps and guacamole smeared across the foil and on the container of our guacamole. The container was hardlyfilled with guac as well. I kindly ask to pay for a whole lime and their answer is always "we are out". They never take the timeto look for one. The place is completely filthy! NONE of the tables were cleaned (inside and outside). I cleaned my own table.But questioned being there and eating the food. Trash was everywhere! It looked like a tornado rolled through there. Even therestrooms were trashed. One stall from each bathroom (men and womens) were out of order, no toilet paper in the womens and nopaper towels in the men's, Trash was piling up in all the canisters. Several of the sodas from the fountain machine weren'treplaced and out of order while some of the others just didnt taste right, there were no utensils and hardly any napkins.
