I would do zero stars if allowed. I placed an order through the app and came in 10 minutes after pickup time. They told me to... wait until it is complete. 15 minutes later and they still haven't started it. About an hour after ordering I ask if they planon completing my order and they tell me that they won't until they finished with the 20 people in line even though I havealready been waiting and my order was paid for. On top of that, they were completely rude and acted so bothered that I was thereto pick up the food that I paid for. Not even an apology for the wait or anything. I had kids in the car, so I had to cancel andget a refund. We will not be returning to this Chipotle. Don't even bother to place an order through the app as it won't becompleted. Read more
Nope! Hope it won?t make me sick. I needed something to eat to keep driving, and usually Chipotle is cleaner with better... service. These workers need some serious training. Discourteous and hard to understand. Don?t waste your money. Read more
Used to love this location but now I guess corporate greed has taken over! VERY skimpy portions now (see photo) I got half steak... half Barbacoa and i counted literally 7 small cubes of steak. if you're going to give less portion size you need to reduce theprice! You cannot both increase the price and give less food. Pick one! extra cheese costs extra now I guess even though itdoesn't on the app. Overall unhappy with this location now. Read more
Seems like all Chipotles are going downhill. The last couple of visits their order system always seems to have a problem. Today... we went to the Coon Rapids Riverdale location. Every table was dirty, floor had food and garbage all over, garbage cansoverflowing, napkin dispensers out of napkins and the bathroom was disgusting. Read more
I ordered a veggie quesadilla that came folded wrong but more importantly missing the cheese. When I asked about the guacamole... that is supposed to come with the item they were extremely rude with a staff member literally getting into my face about it. Igo to this Chipotle as least once a week but now will no longer patronize this location. I know things can be tough for serviceworkers but I have always been very polite and was shocked to be treated this way. Read more
Horrible portion size is an understatement! Last time we ordered it was the same thing. However I believe they'll see this post... and apologize but won't do anything about it cause as I read other posts who have also complained about portion sizes... yesthey comment but clearly don't take our complaints to heart if the same complaints keep continuing. Chipotle- if you want us tosupport your business during these times, then don't cheat us out of what we are use to seeing just cause we aren't watching youmake it...
