The sales staff were very helpful. They answered all of our questions in terms we could understand.
Me and some friends went to buy drinks and immediately after we got in, not even two minutes, someone who worked there stopped... us and rudely spoke to us. Saying that we appeared to not be buying anything, and so we should leave. He led us straight to thedrink spot we said we were going to buy things from. Not a fun moment. Made us feel profiled horrible customer service. Two rudeelderly people also added to that factor. One following us to the exit that we were not blocking in anyway and told us to leavenow. The energy in the morning at this Cub is not good. I have been to this cub many times in the afternoon and have not had any bad... experiences. I now work for instacart so I'm there in the mornings. Each morning I greet the cashier's with a smile and a goodmorning and thank you when I'm done. 90% of the time I do not get a response. The females there are rude except for one younglady. I wish I could remember her name because would tell her thank you for her positive customer service. If you have certainopinions of people maybe customer service is not for you. But I do not allow them to ruin my day. ???? Read more
While I usually trust Cub Foods I got overcharged items that were on sale. I was eligible for said sales I somehow got charged... full price for the it. Was not a fun night. I hope they can get their deals properly registered in their system Read more
2/19/2022. Several items we looked at today were w/out prices. The garden ornaments in the seasonal item No prices, Cloverdale... bacon in "special" display case..no prices. The Save 5 for 5 offerings are a joke really. They say there are over 900 to choosefrom...but YOU have to look on the shelves yourself only a small number are listed. AND! Bought their prepackaged 8 piece delichicken. We got 6 pieces. 1 breast and 5 thighs! Not even kidding!! We NEED another grocer option. This Cub fails on so manylevels. Read more
Hard to make a quick trip and parking is a tough one.
I honestly don't understand how this Cub is running absolutely the nastiest store I been in. 1st of as a man I don't expect the... bathroom to be perfect by all mean, but when I have to physically wipe the toilet set myself just to use it that's definitely Idraw the line. The bathroom looks like it has not been touched in 3 days. There was urine all over the floor. Another stall wasfilled with toilet paper with urine all over as well. I herd a working telling someone the bathroom needed some care and thereresponse was the carts are backed up so I'm not worried about that. I clearly came in and there were plenty of carts in theentrance so he clearly was not trying to deal with it. I have never seen anything like that in a bathroom I will definitelynever come back to this store ever again Read more
