I went to the restaurant tonight . Was in a hurry to get something so I could meet my wife in emergency room. I went inside to... place order. It was dead. The 4 workers didn't even acknowledge me. I sat there staring at one guy, he made a comment to a girlplaying on her phone. I stood there for 5 minutes at register. Nothing. I yelled that I was being ignored and they didn't evenlook up. Went to Taco Bell and they rushed my order. And I was out in 5 minutes. Read more
Probably the nastiest mc Donalds I've been to. Lobby is filthy, employees are horrible and the bathroom was flooded also had no... hand soap. Who ever owns this location should be ashamed Read more

Quarter cheese had a piece of bacon one piece of cheese, definitely not cooked to order! Cooked to order means Hot off the... Grill not hard and chewy. Absolutely terrible. The second time I waited for over 15 minutes in the drive-through with only one car ahead of me. When it... was my turn the employee with the long ponytail turned their back completely to me, never acknowledged that I was there andstood around talking to their friends. No one was working, everyone was standing around. no one there has a clue how to talk topeople or to exhibit customer service. You have some serious training issues with your staff that need to be addressed, I don?tcare if it IS McDonald?s. This is the second time I was ignored by staff in two days. If I could give it a zero i would. We live 5 minutes down the road. And stop here more often then I'd like after kids sports run... late or we are on the run and not home to make dinner. And I don't think they have ever gotten our order correct. Not once. Andwhen you call the phone rings for ever and no one picks up.. if you do get lucky enough to have someone answer they are rude andcall you a liar. Do not go to this McDonald's. Take the extra 10 minutes and go to the one on bunker lake and round lake.. atleast the manager there cares about getting your order right.. I mean how hard is it to get an order right these days and expectto be paid 15 dollars an hour.. I'm pretty sure my 11 year old could do a better job then these clowns Read more
