Went here for lunch with the family. The food was very average and the service is poor. When time to leave I asked the waitress... for to go containers for our leftovers. When I asked for an extra container because we did not want to combine different dishesin the same container. The waitress was complaining about how she already gave us containers. Our lunch was over $125 plus 15%gratuity. The waitress was raising a fuss over an extra styrofoam container. I would not recommend this place POOR service andvery average tasting food. Read more

They once had awesome food! Great tasting buffet. Now it doesn't taste good at all. Need to be a little clearer on their menu... amounts. Who orders $35 worth of chicken chow mien for 2 people?? Read your order carefully. Out of frustration I left as theyacted like they didn't understand even their own menu code....they know...and its the ol scenario "get the money in theirpocket"! That is their goal. Well, they lost a long time customer. Be careful, my mistake...but never again. Read more

15% automatic gratuity added to your bill for parties 2 or more... yeah thats right just 2 or more, want to use your credit... card? add another 3%. 18% added to your bill, just because. Smart business owners would have just increased the cost of themenu items. Havent been back since, nor will ever again. Thats pretty tacky... Read more

The food was very good. It wasn't ready when they said it would be (quotes 10 minutes on the phone and it took 25 minutes). They... don't allow for fried rice substitutions so I spent $10 on a side order of fried rice. Read more

Go for the food not the atmosphere. Literally. Just eat the food. Go into a zen world in your mind and just focus on the... food. Yes the space can use updating. Yes the parking lot needs to get repaved. Yes the bathroom is terribly outdated. Yesservice is lacking. But honestly, you won't get pho broth that's as clear and as meticulously simmered for hours anywhere elselike they do it here. Read more

New Mandarin isn't fancy or flashy, but the food has been consistently good for many years. One of my favorite dishes is the... Triple Grand Duke: beef, chicken and shrimp with peanuts in a rich sauce. Yes, it's mostly peanuts and beef and sometimes as fewas three shrimps, but it's delicious and satisfying. You'll easily get two meals from it. I also enjoy the foil wrapped chickenappetizer: tender chicken in a savory sauce cooked in small foil pouches to seal in the juices and flavor. The egg rolls aregood, but if you like hot mustard you'll be disappointed by the generic vinegary yellow sludge in plastic packets that alwaystastes like it's gone bad. I should explore more of the menu but I found dishes I like and I will keep going back. Read more

Excellent Pho! I got #25 and added some of their homemade chili oil. So good! Lots of cute knickknacks to buy, too. Can?t wait... to come back and try other items on their extensive menu. Highly recommend. Read more

It's ok. Not the best. I ordered a bahn mi, my sister ordered pho, and my other sister ordered their clear noodle soup. We also... ordered cream cheese wonton and a dessert drink called che tai. It had been a very long time since the last time I've been hereand decided to try it out again since I heard they revamped their menu. My bahn mi was half the size of a regular one. It'squite small. Smaller than other places that offers bahn mi's and the prices are similar so I probably wouldn't order it again. If you are only ordering that and nothing else it may not fill you up. The taste of the sandwhich was okay. Nothing fantasticinside. At least the meat didn't stink. The only thing that tasted good was the bread itself. I tasted both my sister's brothbefore they added anything to it and it wasn't bad. The broth was decent. Cream cheese wontons were not bad. It did lack creamcheese inside, but it was nice and crispy on the outside. Our che tai drinks were pretty shady. Liquid was filled only halfwayas you can see in the photo. But we added water all the way to the top of our drinks to dilute the overwhelming sweetness of itanyways. The service was okay. Still not welcoming and engaging just like a long time ago so no surprise there. Btw, we sawmouse traps and not so sure how we felt about that. Read more
