Our family of 4 walked in about 2pm on Sunday and there was a gentleman standing ahead of us so we waited a few moments. He... ended up moving and then we were able to get wait at the counter. A woman looked to be a server yelled out at us ?there is nomorning host I can?t see you behind that entry wall? She then proceeded to ask us what we were there for and we said Hibachi andher condescending comment was ?There are other options here you know?. I looked at my family and said what. She walked away toget a table ready. My wife?s face was frozen and in complete shock. We were just yelled at! Our family was so disgusted wejust walked right out and left. We have never been yelled at by a server in a restaurant EVER! This was very unprofessional. They lost us as customers and we ended up taking our business to another hibachi restaurant in the area. Went to share a meal with friends. We were seated quickly with reservation. Staff was polite and courteous. They took our drink... order and came back in minutes to deliver drinks and take our food order. Soup was served (delicious) salad was next then ChefRamon made our meals while other servers were singing Happy Birthday to other young guests. Food was amazing and entire diningexperience took 90 minutes. Will definitely return for another wonderful meal! Read more

Osaka is becoming a tradition when we get the whole family back together from around the country. The food is good and typically... done well (sometimes the meat can be a bit dry). The star of the restaurant is the cook/performer who really justifies the cost. Read more
Great service and great sushi. Never had a bad experience with anything we have ordered. The hibachi tables are so much fun... too... They sing on your birthday, do fun tricks, and interact with you in such a way that makes you feel you're the only tablethere! The sushi bar is great to sit at for that little extra attention. We ordered delivery from Doordash and the food was delicious. Our order of sushi rolls came in one tray with a ton of soy sauce... and spicy mayo on the side. We also ordered the house combo fried rice. Only disappointment was the shrimp and veggies tempura.It cost $19 for 5 shrimp pieces and like 4 veggie pieces. Other than that, food was great. Read more
The food was delicious! We were seated immediately. Our waitress was friendly and knowledgeable. Food presentation was on... point. My only con is that my husbands entree came out a full five minutes before mine did. For those wondering, they do havetraditional Hibatchi tables. We sat in a booth and I still ordered Hibatchi. It does compare to Benihanna. I actually preferOsaka ginger salad dressing, it wasnt as bitter. Their Shrimp sauce is almost identical, but Benihanna is slightly moreflavorful. I think we may habe just converted to Osaka customers as they have an extensive fresh sushi menu for him amdHibatchi for me. Read more
My friend and I came here last Sunday and it was pretty repulsive. The calamari tasted rubbery and I could barely chew it. The... fried coating had no flavor & wasn?t fully cooked. We excused the appetizer and decided to still try our hibachi meals. Thenoodles tasted like dirty dishwater and my steak seemed to be a low quality filet. I then noticed the butter on the chef?s carthad a brown tint with no covering and clearly looked expired or old. Our server only came by twice to take our drink order &then our food order. We had to flag her down to pay our check at the end of our meal. We boxed our food as a kind gesture, butquickly tossed it out after we got outside. YIKES- never again! Read more
