Poor customer service. Not one word was said to me the entire 30 minutes my pizzas were in the fridge.

Food was good, service was just eh, but they were busy so understandable, only complaint is that I had to send my order back... because of a mistake, instead of remaking the pizza, they scraped most of the toppings off, and started again. Thankfully itwasn't because of an allergy, but a taste preference. Read more

Food was ok. We called our order in, came to pick it up 20 minutes later and still had to wait 45 minutes for our pizzas to be... made. There were 2 young adults working, it appeared there were no supervisors on duty. The staff seemed jumpy and fearful andvery, very slow. Makes me think that management is implementing harsh cost control measures and the staff is fearful ofmanagement. We won't be going back. Read more

Unbelievably terrible place. I like papa murphy?s but this location is a hot mess. Gave this location 2 chances and both times... staff was doing anything but working, they even ended up chasing after one another throwing ingredients at each other whilepeople were inside waiting for their pizzas which they ordered almost an hour ago. Once you get your order, there is barelyanything on it. Never, ever coming back to that location. This has been going on for awhile and manager doesn?t seem to care.Avoid this location at all cost.
