The barista I had on drive thru I think his name is Jordan, was the light I needed today. I frequently come to this Starbucks... location to get myself a pick me up, and every time he?s working drive thru he?s nothing but kind. I don?t think he understandshow amazing his energy is and how contagious it is. I was having a super difficult week this week. & his smile and how efficienthe was and just all around bubbly and kind was amazing. & just what I needed. Thank you ! Very disappointed in the service and beverage of this Starbucks. I asked for a medium iced coffee with cream, half the ice. I... was asked about sweetener and declined. I watched the barista make my drink in between conversations with his peers. He addedcoffee well below the first line of the cup, full ice and the rest was cream. So, in the end I received coffee flavored creamwith ice. The barista did not understand my dislike with the drink. I continued on my day with a drink i did not enjoy while heand the crew continued to enjoy their party. Though the redecorating has made the store nice, service could use an upgrade aswell. Read more

The line was crazy! It wasn't long, but hardly moved! Sooooo slow, people were driving away. The guy taking my order was kinda... short with me when I tried to ordered a cake pop. He said they don't have any and they had not for a long time. However this isstill listed as a menu item, and the menu has evidence of being recently updated being its only Nov 13th and it has ChristmasHoliday stuff on it. I was disappointed by le minimal whip put on my drink, but it was mixed correctly. Another note, I had toask for a straw for my Frappuccino that does not have a drinking lid. There were no signs prompting me that straw will only begiven if asked. Read more
Good location, good food and drinks, and friendly staff. They love to give my dog a puppachino!
