Online ordering went fine but the sandwich was lathered in an over amount of mayo which I didnt ask for. See picture. I felt... like they did a poor job of making the sandwich and put zero care into it. Also found a piece of hair in another sandwich. Read more
Food tastes fine but order accuracy was off for every sandwich i ordered. My sandwich was missing 3 veggies, had the wrong... sauce, and bread. My sons sandwich had the wrong bread, extra veggies he didnt want, and the wrong sauce. Finally my wife'ssandwich had no spinach, lettuce or tomato. I'd suggest a different Subway, as it seems they can't make an online order withany sort of accuracy. Read more
I have been going to this Subway quite often lately. The food is fresh and the employees are fine, but there is no management... what so ever. I recently received some new coupons and they were unable to get the coupon reader to work so they would not honorthe coupon. They simply replied we don't take coupons. Huh, I have used them here before so they stopped taking coupons? And ofcourse no manager on duty. I will not be going here anymore. Read more
Sanitation is not a big concern. There was cobwebs EVERYWHERE and I think I saw a bat!
One person working for lunch, and out of product. Not well prepared to serve customers. Product is messy and server was very... stingy on all ingredients except overly enthusiastic about mayonnaise. Bad on management for ill prepared and trained shifts. Read more
Bridget/Brittany (i forgot what her name was) was absolutely amazing. Amazing amazing service, inclined me to tip more than I... usually do & even then I wanted to tip more but i had no cash left on me. Super fun & nice & a great conversationalist. Normally I never have an issue with my order. Tonight was probably the most poor of sub service I have had. When I had my order... on delivery the sub was missing my lettuce. I called and the woman said she would make me a new one and that she had my ticket.I go and pick up the sub, I get home and open it up and yes I have lettuce but now I do not have tomato or cheese on the sub.I'm not happy at all.
