$30 for two sandwiches is a bit ridiculous, in my opinion. Tried to use EBT to offset the cost, but none of the kids working... there knew anything about it. Not blaming them, just wish they were better trained before being placed on the flooralone/without management. Unfortunately that's the way of fast food these days. Food itself wasn't bad. I?m the type to never complain about anything! But today was one of the worst experiences of my life at any restaurant. I came... in with my wife for dinner and as soon as we came in their was no in sight! Everyone was in the back. We walked up and a youngman comes up confused about what he?s doing. I believe he was new because when I asked for a steak melt he was confused aboutwhat I ordered. I asked for my order at least 4 times over and over again. He then asked an older gentleman about the melt. Andall he said was put steak and 2 times more of the cheese and walked off. Yet the young man was still confused. Another man camein and skipped my order and began the other mans order. So my wife finally said something about it. And the older man finallycame out and made my sand witch. Witch was one of the worst sandwiches I?ve ever received in my life. I will definitely not beback there ever again. Poor customer service and poor training. Read more
