They run out of beef. We try to replace everything on the menu with the lack of ingredients. We ask for a free drinks and the... manager on duty gets defensive and rude and say absolutely not. Placed an order online in the app. Chose to pick up at counter so I didn't need to wait in the drive thru. Got there and the... doors are locked and there's a huge line at the drive thru. No sign up or anything. Just locked doors. Also, this location wasjust remodeled and they put in a second drive thru lane. However it's never open so it's still backed up like normal. Very slow drive thru. Employees seem to set the hours in which this location closes. Was up at the drive thru for 7 minutes... and no one had acknowledged that I was there or even asked me to wait. Would avoid this one and go to the Anoka one or adifferent location. Read more

New remodel doesn?t make up for poor customer service. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. There was plenty... of workers that were just standing around that could have made the situation better. Cashier just stared as us waiting for ourfood. Not a good start to make a comeback. Just reopened after remodel. Staff has always been friendly and professional for the most part. Drive-thru line gets very long... here and once in line, you are committed and trapped with no way out. On a bad day you could spend the better part of youradult life here, inching forward hour by hour. Hopefully the remodel helps. Read more
