Have you all noticed how customer service has died a painful death post pandemic, especially at restaurants? Well I certainly... have, BUT after visiting this steakhouse & getting Laura as our waitress, I felt compelled to tell you what a wonderful effort her & her team accomplished this evening for us, thank you! We went to Texas Roadhouse for Father's Day. We did the call ahead seating and was advised our time would be at 6:07 PM. We... did not get in until 7:15 PM. We were told the kitchen had printer issues earlier that day causing the delay. It would be coolto get a text advising us of the delay, and also the delay to get the food once ordered. The food was absolutely delicious,well worth the wait. Our server and the staff were all great, friendly, and courteous. Will definitely go back, hopefully theycan find a way to communicate delays better to the guests. Read more
It was kinda busy when I got there. The waiter and waitress are nice and welcoming. I got the smothered chicken with cheese,... mushrooms and onions with shrimp and a salad with mac and cheese for sides. Do not get the mac and cheese unless you like thekraft in a box mac and cheese ( similar taste). The peach lemonade tasted funny. The best thing I had was the chicken andShrimp. The hostess was too pressed to set us at a clead dressed table. But our server Abbey brought things to par quickly. It was not... terribly busy. Abbey must have checked on us 20 times. She was perfect. I did notice many wasted trips by all the staff notprebussing tables. We had quite a pile at one point. The food was very good. It was our first time and we'll be back. Read more
The food here are great. Our server was kind and helpful. I give it a 4 star because I had eaten better steaks in LA before.
Liked the ambiance. Fun being amongst large groups of people/families. Service not great but good. Must order the proper... items...steak pretty good...chicken grilled pretty good... Country fried chicken...bland...no taste. They are busy all thetime...so the staff is busy and may forget the details.. We waited a while after food got served for cutlery...asked forsauce...never came...no show to ask for 2nd drink...small issues... But that's what makes a difference between good and great. Read more
My Husband took me out for Dinner to the Texas Roadhouse for my 65th Birthday!! I was delightfully surprised to walk in and the... atmosphere was similar to the Wild West type of restaurant with lots of wooden booths and the waitstaff was so friendly andreaching out to us and coming by our table to talk with us!! My husband and I both ordered steak for our dinner and it wasdelicious and we also had dessert!! I was amazed how many people they could fit into that restaurant and I would definitely liketo go back again and bring our kids and their spouses... Well done Texas Roadhouse!! ? Read more
