Went through the drive-thru and it was the worse I've seen... There was a long wait as the the person's voice taking the order... was extremely low and i could barely hear it. Taking the money and receiving the food were just as bad... Not sure what happenedhere but obviously there's a disconnnect in management skills. Read more

We went inside to place the order 2 chicken nugget happy meals. We waited about 15 minutes and the drinks were not the same... size. He gave us a small and an extra small without even asking. We were the only people in the restaurant. I couldn?t believethe wait. When they gave us the drinks they didn?t give us straws until we got our food which was 10 minutes after our drinks.Very very slow service and when we asked about the drink size issue. ordered a double quarter pounder meal through the drive through and found a paper in the burger. called the location and they... asked me if i would like to drive back to the restaurant or would like a store credit. i did not drive back to the store becausei did not have enough time, hence the reason for going to the drive through and i did nog take the store credit because i foundno point in returning to McDonalds since they offer the worst service of all fast food. i have had nothing but problems with theMcDonalds franchise and will not be returning to any of their restaurants. Came yesterday 02/07/19 to buy food for my family and I met Reese at the front desk, He was very friendly and even offered me if... I wanted water while I was waiting for my food to be ready, This! Is what I call Great Customer Service. When my order was readyReese brought it to me and also He noticed that my order was big and that it will be hard for me to carry all the bags so Heoffers to place my bags in a bigger one, and I was very surprised to see how Reese went the extra mile to make sure I was happywith my shopping experience here at McDonald?s. This guy Reese has a bright future with this franchise or any where he goes butI don?t think McDonald?s will let him go anywhere soon. ordered hot coffee received cold coffee. manager blamed the coffee machine and did not reimburse me for the coffee said i need... to contact mobile app by looking it up on google. most unpleasant experience i had. my poor dog was waiting outside for me andthe individual who attempted to fill my order three times did not care or apologize for the errors just continue to blame thecoffee machine.
