So disappointed in the wendys at this location 10265 Stirling Rd, Cooper City, FL 33328 I love wendys but I've had so many... issues with this one by my house Wrong sizes, wrong items, missing items, flat sodas(that one is understandable but stillgotta mention) cold food, never answering the phone when I have an issue, rude service at times, and no serving up raw chickenin the sandwich....... The drive through menu prices do not reflect the prices they actually charge. When I paid with cash, I wasn't given all my... change. The person in the window didn't even say anything. When I asked the price again, they still didn't say anything. Thewait was unreasonably long. Then after I paid and was waiting at the window, they asked what I ordered, as if they didn'tknow?? We were given the incorrect sauce, 8 chicken nuggets in an order of 10, and a diet coke instead of a regularcoke. Definitely not going there again. Read more
Will never eat from here again!!!! Manager was yelling and cursing at employees about something that had nothing to do with... orders drive-thur or other wise. Took about 25mins with no cars in drive-thur. Then when I was at the window and paid... drinkwas wrong,food was cold and bread was hard. Nuggets were cold..... nothing was worth my money ????????. 5.35 for a biggie bag isa great deal but at the same time cuz I can't get a 12$$ combo is my money not the same???? Never again!!! I visited a week ago and found out today they are on Dirty Dining for sanitary conditions. Check it out on Local 10. When I... visited November 27th, the drive thru took forever and the employees were rude. I saw a worker there taking out an order to acar waiting in the parking lot and as he walked back into the restaurant he picked his nose and ran his fingers through hiscurly hair multiple times. It was an older teenage. It grosses me out to think he could have touched food items with those samehands. Such a shame that a Wendy's in a somewhat nice neighborhood could have such horrendous service. Read more
