So disappointed in the wendys at this location 10265 Stirling Rd, Cooper City, FL 33328 I love wendys but I've had so many... issues with this one by my house Wrong sizes, wrong items, missing items, flat sodas(that one is understandable but stillgotta mention) cold food, never answering the phone when I have an issue, rude service at times, and no serving up raw chickenin the sandwich....... Worst Wendy's in town! Bad /rude service.20 min wait. I was the only customer. Baconator had no bacon. This location is trash.
The drive through menu prices do not reflect the prices they actually charge. When I paid with cash, I wasn't given all my... change. The person in the window didn't even say anything. When I asked the price again, they still didn't say anything. Thewait was unreasonably long. Then after I paid and was waiting at the window, they asked what I ordered, as if they didn'tknow?? We were given the incorrect sauce, 8 chicken nuggets in an order of 10, and a diet coke instead of a regularcoke. Definitely not going there again. Read more
Will never eat from here again!!!! Manager was yelling and cursing at employees about something that had nothing to do with... orders drive-thur or other wise. Took about 25mins with no cars in drive-thur. Then when I was at the window and paid... drinkwas wrong,food was cold and bread was hard. Nuggets were cold..... nothing was worth my money ????????. 5.35 for a biggie bag isa great deal but at the same time cuz I can't get a 12$$ combo is my money not the same???? Never again!!! Save your money andgo elsewhere (another Wendy's) just not this one!!! Oh and by the way if you get a potato make sure your sour cream and butterare in the bag and not expired!!!!!! I have loved this Wendy's since it opened and that was MANY years ago, their food is delicious, their staff and managers are... AMAZING people and so nice to talk with. p.s. I worked here 14 years ago and it only gets better with a few of the samededicated employees, I love this place!!!! Read more
Fast food is almost always a compromise between product , service and time. This Wendy's has always given me all three aspects.... Try their Honey Maple Chicken Crossant for breakfast somtime. You won't be disappointed! Read more
The drive through line was 5 cars deep and not moving, so after waiting a while I gave up and parked to order inside. I was not... greeted and basically ignored even though I was the only customer in there. When I finally looked at the woman who appeared tobe in charge she snidely said she was coming, and then proceeded to take her time. She acted like I was a bother and neversmiled or spoke to me at all. To top it off; the food was mediocre at best. I will never visit Wendy's again if this is thekind of treatment you get and definitely done with the Cooper City location. Terrible place. Don't know how it is even stillin business with the lack of customer service and lack of courtesy. Read more
I visited a week ago and found out today they are on Dirty Dining for sanitary conditions. Check it out on Local 10. When I... visited November 27th, the drive thru took forever and the employees were rude. I saw a worker there taking out an order to acar waiting in the parking lot and as he walked back into the restaurant he picked his nose and ran his fingers through hiscurly hair multiple times. It was an older teenage. It grosses me out to think he could have touched food items with those samehands. Such a shame that a Wendy's in a somewhat nice neighborhood could have such horrendous service. Read more
