Unfortunately I ?got the meats!? along with other unwanted items. Yesterday- On this trip quality was extremely poor. At the... drive through I ordered the Ruben, which at other Arbys had been fairly good. Not here. My had thin meat, half cheese, nothousand island at all, the sauerkraut was only on one half, and the added bonus of a piece of cardboard in my sandwich. Italmost seemed intentional. But I think it was not due to the other two sandwiches being acceptable in our order. Also the reasonwhy I?m giving this restaurant 2 stars vs just one. We were the only car going through this fast food restaurant and not busyat all for 6pm on Friday. Therefore the operators have very little excuse from my perspective. I went today to get Arby?s, the woman taking my order was incredibly rude, interrupted me and made me feel very rushed when I... was trying to make my modifications to my order. That normally isn?t something I?d complain about but this entire experience hasmade me very upset. I got home, gave my boyfriend his sandwich and took mine, they were mismarked in the boxes, again notnormally something I?d complain about except my boyfriend has covid and had already started eating, figuring they just messedup, I went to eat my sandwich, that I didn?t really want because it wasn?t the right one and all that?s on it is a quarter sizeddrop of mayo. The whole experience together, rude woman, mismarked boxes and the drop of mayo in a sandwich has made me not wantto go back. Read more

Ordered two fish sandwiches and opened and there was very little tarter and very little lettuce. Took it back and was told that... buns are warm and absorbed tarter and that there was the appropriate amounts on there. They made me a new one so you be thejudge. old one new one Read more
