Fantastic food! We got a pizza (delicious), a calzone (highly recommended), and the jalapeno garlic bread. The bread was under... cooked on the ends but reheated the next day it was just fine. Way better than Marco's for sure! Recommended! Read more

Ordered a square deep dish and the crust has a smell of old oil used to grease the pans. I really hope they're washing their... square pans every day with fresh oil but it sure didn't smell or taste like it. Read more

Terrible customer service. Order a pizza online , it said 45 minutes. After a hour passed and no food I called and was told it... would be another hour and not to worry that my food would be warm because they had it under a heat lamp . I little communicationwould have been nice . All they would have done is be honest and up front with me I would have ordered food somewhere else .Great job Hungry Howies. Read more

Been highly disappointed the last several times we've ordered pizza. Typically it was fast and friendly service. Now they use an... answering service that took over 20 mins to order 1 pizza and 1 breadstick. I was placed on hold multiple times and felt likeshe wasn't understanding me as much as I wasn't understanding her. They also have overlooked our crust request 3 times in a row.Get rid of the answering service please, doesn't help anyone. I would like to love your pizza again! Read more

Actually I ordered online for delivery. They call me and said the delivery guy was having car problems and that they could... cancel my order. I told them not to cancel, that I would pick it up. I get there and no sign of car problems, with the light uplogo still on the roof. I then walk in and looked like they were cleaning to leave early and acting like they didn't want tohelp customers. I had just got it town after a long drive and did not like their lack of customer service, poor work ethic ortheir attitude. It might be better during the day but that night they didn't do the job. I called and with no pickup I went there to order my lunch. When I walked in there was nobody at the front desk. So I yelled for... somebody because the phone was ringing off the hook. A young lady came out of the freezer you could tell she was extremelystressed and flustered. I smiled at her and told her to take a breath and ask her if she was by herself and she said yes. Shedid an amazing job taking my order in getting everything figured out. How dare the ownership do this to the young lady. You havea great employee on your hand so you better keep her. Read more
