I ordered dinner for my family of 3 through the app to be picked up at a later time. When I got home, my sub had a very scarce... amount of meat, and no cheese (I ordered the extra charge fresh mozzarella). I called the store, and explained what happened.The girl was very apologetic, and remade my sub free of charge. I only live about 5 minutes away, so it was not a huge deal togo back and pick it up. I asked if they wanted my other sub without the cheese, and she said not to worry about it. When I gothome with the new sub, it was all correct and had the acceptable amount of steak. Very sweet staff, and 9/10 orders we get aremade on time and with the right ingredients. My family and I will continue to support this location, and I am very grateful forthe remade sub! Read more
These girls working here were so so rude. They spent most of their time bugging the front cashier. When he asked them to stop... they laughed and continued. These girls and manager should be sent to HR and be fired. Their names are marissia and heaven. Read more

Terrible Manager was soo rude to us for asking to get extra lettuce on our protein bowls. Said we should order a salad if we... want extra lettuce " even though it's an option". Said she wasn't giving us extra lettuce on purpose, and we could just goahead and complain if we wanted. All this, in front of a bunch of other customers! Read more
Never changed her gloves for the four people in front of me and touched the terminal with her gloves as well. This place needs... new management poor woman said she was new and was left there alone for the day she barely new how to do anything. Didn?t cut mysub and toasted it on the wrong setting, also didn?t even know how to wrap it. Nothing against the girl she was trained verypoorly coming from someone who used to work at subway.
