Unfortunately, I can?t leave a zero star review to describe my customer service experience at this drive through. What an... extraordinarily unpleasant individual. I attempted to order a small Whopper junior meal at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Thursday,October 20th. This viciously unprofessional woman misunderstood my order and chose to tell me?? I refuse to help you. Go on toMcDonalds or somewhere else.? Not once in my life have I ever tried to get another person fired, but this horribly rude persondeserves to lose her job on the spot. I am a certified professional chef and, believe me, I will take this nasty, mean-spiritedperson up on her offer. I will happily spend my money elsewhere. Read more

Terrible service on 6-22-22 at 9:27pm the rude lady on drive-thru said there was only 2 of them and said it was 20 mins to... closing and refused to make fries and when I said I was going to file a complaint she told me to go home and make my own fries Read more
Ate there twice in the last month. Tables were dirty and staff played around more than they provided service. Snarky counter... people too. Will not be going back. Only kudos I can give was that the bathroom was clean. Read more
BAD experience. If I could give 0 stars I woul..Tried to make an order at the drive through. We were asked to wait. 15 minutes... later we decided to go to window. Thought they forgot us. The person at the window was very rude. Stated I only have 1 cookwhich is why I told you to wait. If you want to order you have to go around and get in line again. We went for some quick food. They got my husbands order completely wrong. No bacon on a bacon cheeseburger. And my chicken was... cold like it?d sat out for half an hour. It took forever to get the food too. Super bummer. I live in NB and I?ll never go back. Read more
Terrible. Buns were very old and stale, dry. Meat was cold. Cheese not melted. We waited for service, too. The guy at the... window so soft spoken, couldn't hear him. Absolutely awful. 0/10. We won't be back. Staff was rude to each other while wewaited.... bad experience over all. Read more
