Ordered my husband his normal pizza and I ordered my pasta bread bowl that I was so looking forward to. An hour after ordering... it gets here and find out it's just pasta with no bread bowl. When you look forward to something and it just isn't right isannoying. Called them they said I needed to call back tomorrow after 4 to talk to manager, which is weird since she's the onethat prepped it, cooked it and did quality check (which was wrong). The Buffalo Chicken with feta cheese is the way to go. The App said the food was ready, however it was still 15 minutes until... the food was ready. Seemed like they cleared it out to make their service times lower. Read more
This was our go to place for 3 days straight since all the other places mostly close at 10pm. Their 6 cheese pizza is pretty... good. Also tried the cheesy bread and garlic knots. The service is quick and the staff is really nice. Read more
Terrible customer service. Ordered a specialty pizza and when I got home it was just sauce with some burnt dry cheese on top.I... called the store and was told I would have to drive all the way back to get the correct pizza, I would have to pay thedifference because I was only charged for a cheese pizza, and when I said I shouldn't have to drive all the way back they said Iwould also be charged for the delivery. They lost a loyal customer and when I told the manager that, she said "okay". Notconcerned at all. Read more
My husband and I ordered sandwiches and wings tonight. When our sandwiches arrived, mine was wrong. I immediately called the... store and talked to a very friendly and helpful staff member that offered to remake my sandwich and have it delivered in 25minutes. The remade sandwich was perfect and delicious. Thank you to the staff at the Johnson Ave store, you guys are awesome. Read more

This location continues to steal money from me. Two days after the balance and tip has been taken for my order I get an... additional charge of $4. My receipt does not reflect this extra charge and the manager has ignored my calls. I would adviseeveryone to keep a close eye on the charges they receive from this establishment, they keep stealing and have no intention ofreturning your money. A few dollars here and there add up and somebody is getting this $. Read more
