Worst service possible! Tonight we placed a large order. The poppa Murphys employes mixed it up and one of the pizzas were... incorrect . I called tonight Saturday August the 6th to request the opportunity to return the pizza for the correct one andthe employee would only say their was no manager and they were closing. I explained many times that I did not need areplacement that night and was willing to wait until I was in town again. With a very rude manor she said all that she can dois leave a note and no promises, multiple times. I said I hear you but with your attitude I will leave many notes on line withregards to your customer service. She said you go do that and quickly hung up. I was very pleasant and she just kept saying shemade that pizza and it was right, even though we did not order a Chicago style pizza. Will never use this business again! Read more

I've always loved papa murphys since I was a child and still till this day. The pizza is "usually great". My 3 star rating is... due to lack of paying attention to what your customers want. If I ask for easy sauce, that means easy sauce. When spending $40to $60+ each visit you expect to get what you ask for. I got 3 pizzas tonight and ask for easy sauce on 2 of the 3 pizzas, theonly pizza that wasn't supposed to be easy sauce had easy sauce. The others didn't. Like I said i love papa murphys, alwayshave. What makes me angry is they repeat your order to you and still mess it up. If it only happened once it would be noproblem, but this has been a reoccurring issue. Read more

Been going here for years and are usually great but the past couple months or so every pizza keeps sticking to the tray and... always has alot of air bubbles!! Idk why but they should fix that and more training for the dough person or we will be changinglocations. Read more
