The ice cream is good as usual. Only 2 nice girls working there. Never saw a Carvel so crowded where the line was actually... outside the door. They were so busy I guess they did not have time to clean the tables outside. I think they could use anotherperson. It's nice that they have seats outside. Read more
I was at this location a few months ago and used a gift card, and still have a balance on it. I just went in and was told they... didn't know how to process the transaction with a gift card. Obviously it's an issue of poor training, and not the fault of thegirls working. I've cream was fine, just a dissatisfying experience. Read more
