My daughter went to get some coffee and a breakfast sandwich and idk ig the order taker was having a bad day but one she was... rushing taking the order , when we got the order i got a half order of hashbrowns n mg bacon egg coussaint was a disaster.Looked like she was taking her frustration out on it with bacon half burnt on n most off just in the bag.... Horrible. Seems asif the pandemic started and all fast food places have been putting very little effort into things. If u don't like ur job thenquit.....someone else could use it. Read more
Edit ; the app is not functioning and the Spanish lady, manager in burgundy shirt, is always nasty when I tell her my order... didn't go thru!!! Live within a block distance so this is extremely convenient. Been going here last seven years. The staff isnice. The donuts aren't the freshest, it's a hit or miss but they make my caramel iced latte better than any other DD I've goneto. Read more
This place have bunch of young people and they don?t know how to take the orders and they don?t know how to prepare the orders.... That?s why they will lose customers.
