This is the only Wendy's ill go to. Its only once a month for me but I love it!
Ordered a Jr stack ?.mistakenly, stated NO HAMBURGER, ETC. Well, by golly I got just what I ordered,,,,,,A hamburger bun,... ketchup and pickles?. For the same price as if I ordered everything. WHY?WHY?.. ?would they THINK I didn?t want a hamburger. Didnot one person think that was ODD?..?? And when I called, there was nothing they could do?..UNBELIEVABLE!!! I ordered through the Wendy?s app today from this store and half my order was missing. first, i called the store and told them... half my order was missing and i was wondering if they could send me the missing food or refund what i did not receive and i wasspoken to in a rude and belittling manner, which made it feel as if it were my fault, and then i was hung up on before i had achance to respond. I called doordash (they were the ones delivering my order) and they asked me if the bags were sealed whichthey were, but when they called the store to ask this store if they had put all the items that were ordered in the bag, theylied and said that they had included everything, basically blaming the dasher for the missing items, even though it wasimpossible because i received the order with the bags sealed, which in my opinion, is very unprofessional. I've been going tothis location for a long time, and I have had many experiences of bad customer service from them. Something should really bedone to fix management and to find better workers. Waited a few minutes for someone to come to the speaker then I ordered a vanilla milkshake. Was told to "wait a few moments". At... least 5 minutes go by before they come back to the speaker. Then I order a vanilla milkshake again and am told they don't havevanilla! Couldn't have told me that the 1st time?? Read more
Don't go out of my way to review fast food often, but this was the nicest looking wendys I've been in. Add to that everything in... my meal was hot and didn't seem like it was sitting around forever before it was served. Finally add to that super friendlyservice...they get the 5 start from me. Drive thru was quick and my order was processed accurately. Bacon Burger was excellent! Wendy's happens to be my favorite fast... food burger store and this location did not disappoint me???? 8/12/22 - Today was my 4th or 5th time at this location. I washelped by a polite young lady who was very professional, fast and accurate with my drive thru order. In fact, I am to blame fora somewhat brief slow down because I had to take off my seat belt to dig into my jeans pocket and find money to pay for themeal. Sorry for the slow up. It was my bad and not the take out window waitress' fault! 11/29/22 Again, this Wendy's did notdisappoint and I got a JBC Biggie Bag with a bottle of water for $5 + Tax. The water helps keep the calorie count down whilethe Biggie Bag meal was Yummy! Read more
