We waited 15 minutes to get seated, when we finally got seated, the waitress told us that she'd be right with us. 12 minutes... later she was still not there. There was a table that had their menus when we got there. So they were waiting at least a halfhour for their waitress to come and take their order, because they were still waiting with menus in hand when we left. We willNEVER go there again!!! My favorite place to eat in town. I come as often as I can. Staffing has been a bit rough lately but everyone is always so kind... about it. I get the same thing every time and it is always phenomenal: Country Boy Breakfast. My only criticism is that itseems the cooks are a bit intimidated by cooking a steak medium rare. Cracker Barrel is very good. They have dinner specials that are reasonably priced & taste good. The service is pleasant &... quick. They have a nice gift store with a wide variety of merchandise too. I recommend the Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout and theCountry Fried Steak and the cheddar chicken with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots and country fried chicken. I also recommendthe sirloin steak with green beans, baby carrots and fried apples. It is usually not too crowded before 5pm. Breakfast food fordinner is always great too. Read more
First, the 5 stars are for Our waiter Cameron. He was outstanding. He gave each of us his undivided attention while taking our... orders. And was very attractive. Even with multiple large tables. The Father's day wait was extremely long especially for someout of town visitors like us. Also, we were given two different times that our tables would be available. An hour and 20 minutesand 45 minutes. But over all, we had a great time. Read more
Food is good but be prepared for staff shortages and waiting. We waited about 30 minutes for a table even though many were open.... I guess the wait was to not overwhelm the few staff members they had. Another 20 minutes or so passed before we could order.Then probably 30 to 40 minutes before we got our food. To put it in perspective we arrived at 7:30 and got our food after therestaurant closed at 9. A few minutes before 9 we were told that they were out of meatloaf which seems like something that couldhave been said earlier. We picked replacements but then was told they had 1 meatloaf left but they messed up the otherreplacement (was supposed to be chicken and got roast beef). But like I said the food was fine. Just felt awkward eating whilethey clearly were trying to close and clean up. I would give the food 4 stars but overall visit was just average. Read more

Great place for home cooked food!!! Our waitress, Linda, was fantastic!!! She was very attentive and on top of things!! She... brought us everything we needed. The food was great! Good portions and everything tastes homemade!!! I love the Coca Colachocolate cake! Best ever! Read more
I have never been this disappointed with the service or quality of treatment from Cracker Barrel as I am today; We waited an... hour after being seated with still no food; brought it up to the manager, she said it?s only been 50 minutes I have you here; Isaid I could understand if that was everyone waiting to get their food that long but we?ve been seated longer than a lot ofthese people and they?ve gotten their food, ate and are leaving? She had no care for upset customers; my food came outeventually (8 minutes later) my pancakes and hash browns were cold; I?m completely dissatisfied today; never thought I?d saythat about Cracker Barrel?
