SCAM: Check 68118, 04/14/2022, 5:35pm, TO GO order. Ordered four bowls with soup. $5.99 each bowl. Got only 6 tbsp (table... spoons) in each "bowl" (ridiculously low) in time when at other Longhorn restaurants the "bowl" is 3 times more. Cook can bemistaken for one "bowl", but not for 4. SCAM. Easy count: (6 tbsp=$5.99+tax). Update: Stopped at this restaurant again withnew order. Accidently seen the shift manager ( about 35+ y.o. man). Informed him and asked Would he be interested to fix theproblem? Instead of simply say "Yes" and fix it: 1. He told that he will inform the team. 2. After for a while he began to tellthe story that "bowl" is 4 oz (for $5.99?) only and restaurant can not loose money to offer more than that. 3. After I askedwas he kidding me - he began to recalculate each penny and finally offered 2 bowls to fix the problem. I turned around and hopedo not see him ever again. Attached photo shows one out of 4 paid caps with "bowl" size soup each: $5.99 for 6 tbsp. Read more

First time at a Longhorn in a loooongtime if ever. I've been meaning to try Longhorn as we always go to Texas Roadhouse and... Outback Steakhouse. Kyle and I originally stopped at the Outback in Fairlawn after visiting the zoo only to find out it was a 20minute wait with the restaurant more than half empty. The seater mentioned they were short staffed, so we left and went toLonghorn because we were short on time. We were seated immediately and our server was very friendly, fast and efficient. Thebread was delicious and I love that there was more than enough butter! I ordered a 6 oz. sirloin and the mac n cheese withmashed potatoes for Kyle. From what I'm used to at Outback and Texas Roadhouse, the steak just didn't seem to have any flavor.About 1oz of the steak seemed to be fat and not pure meat. The mashed potatoes tasted like they were instant and the butter wasbasic, less than desirable. While service and atmosphere was absolutely excellent, the food left much to be desired. Kyle didseem to enjoy the mac n cheese/mashed potatoes and even ate them as leftovers. Our server gave us an additional full loaf ofbread and butter which I absolutely devoured. I'm going to have to try the Longhorn in Belden to see if quality of food is muchbetter, otherwise we'll stick with Outback or Texas Roadhouse when I crave a good steak! Read more

Very friendly waiter and good service. We ordered salmon, pork chop and fillet. The fillet was really good and perfectly... cooked. Also was the salmon. Pork chop is sadly on the salty and rough side but still edible. Love how good value the mealwas. Didnt know each entree comes with a side and appetitzer. Definitely get the strawberry salad! It is so refreshing. Read more
