Very disappointing. We decided to take an extra 10 minutes to try this one instead of Medina: they sat us by a huge group of... drunk people. The waitress waiting on them spent her time 15 minutes chatting up with them about curse words in Spanish beforewe even received drinks when manager noticed. They were at least a party of 10. So loud no one around could have a conversationwith their families. Hen the cursing they were doing when we had children and the waitress encouraging it with curse words wasridiculous. . When we were leaving and I complained all I was told is I know they?ve been here for 4 hours. So didn?t ask fortheir behavior to subside for other guest or how about moving them to the private room they have. Did nothing to compensate forthe horrible dining experience. The party was even standing behind others talking while others at a table were trying to enjoytheir meals. Who raised these rude ignorant adults who don?t know how to act in a family restaurant. The food and experienceweren?t worth the extra drive. My advice go the the Medina one Read more
Never disappointed with Tres Potrillos. Food is always great! The Staff friendly and attentive. Today I ate in the bar area and... was the only one on that side in a tall booth, I thought for sure I'd be forgotten about. Not only was I not forgotten about butchecked on by three different servers. Lunch was delicious, fast and affordable! Love this place! Read more
Chips and salsa were awesome, obviously. Our margaritas were delicious. Our food came out so quickly, I was pleasantly... surprised. The house margaritas aren?t super cheap but they?re reasonably priced, in my opinion. The food was very affordable!!I ordered the big flautas and they did not disappoint. The one of the biggest things I think I noticed from other Mexicanrestaurants in the area was the ease of using the menu as an English-speaking person. Our waiter was kind! This place was utterly disgusting , I am in town from Chicago and me and my family was looking for a place to dine in at near... the hotel so we stopped here the manager (a guy) was so very disrespectful I didn?t like my drink so I asked if I could getanother one and he stuck his straw into my drink and tasted my drink and tried to give it back to me and told me he likes it soI should like it too and that he couldn?t get me another drink I was so stunned and baffled . The waitress was also very rudenever came to check up on us never gave us waters didn?t want to take our orders also when we sat down we didn?t get serviceduntil 20-30 mins later . We were put out of the restaurant because we were honest about not liking our food I had the tingatacos and the avocado that came on top of it was black and my sister and brothers food was very bland my brother had steakfajitas and they only gave 2 taco shells . I hate to leave this because their food is actually good, but I?ve had it. I always order the Arroz con pollo? it comes with... guac & sour cream. They NEVER include the guac or sour cream in the order. I ALWAYS have to go back and ask. ALWAYS! It?sannoying & I?m fed up. I just let it go today because I?m too tired to have to ask. Well, today their bag broke spilling out allmy food. Not their fault, but come on. Secure the bags better please & the lids weren?t even secure on the food. The salsacontainer is one thing, but the plastic top with aluminum bottom should have been properly closed. This is my last day eatingwith them. This wasn?t the first time my bag broke, but this is the first time all my food has spilled out. I?m over it. $17down the drain. I?ll find another Mexican restaurant to frequent. Read more
The building is very nice and the decor is festive. It is large with a few large rooms and a bar. The employees are cheerful... and friendly. Prices are reasonable and portions are good. The chips were too thick and hard for my preference. I prefer thinand crispy chips. The salsa was good and had a little kick to it. The bbq pork tacos were very good but the black beans did nottaste good to me. The beef burrito was ok. Read more
I came to Ohio to celebrate my friend's 30th birthday. She wanted to eat Mexican food for dinner, so we all went to this place... for dinner. The food was very good, I could tell it's authentic Mexican food. They served us unlimited chips and salsa. Thechips are so good, and the salsa even better. FYI the salsa is a bit spicy so for those that aren't into spices don't dip toomuch into the salsa. Six of us came, and our meals were served within 10 minutes of ordering. I ordered fried burrito andenchillada. My husband ordered a burrito bowl. They were all good. We told the waiters that it's my friend's birthday, and theysurprised her with a song and free fried ice cream. This dessert is very specialy, there's actual corn flakes in the icecream?!?! We had been here before. Love the large patio section but now is too cold to sit out. Inside looks clean to me. Sit down the... place we choose to sit. Waiter is attentive. Portion is good. Not like other places raise the price and shrink the portion.Will be back. Read more
