The Cicis in Waxahachie used to be a clean, nice place for families to eat. The restaurant is filthy, there are never any clean... tables & you have to stand in line & wait for a while so they can cook pizza. When my disabled daughter (whose on a walker) wentto go ahead & sit down, the manager Josh came out & jumped on me for saving a table! Unbelievably rude & probably a violation ofthe disabilities act!! Our whole family has been going every Sunday after Church for a long time, but we won?t be back.Inexcusable behavior! Read more
We ordered a pizza from the Cicis in Garland on Lavon we ordered a pizza with spinach we got a pizza that had spinach sauce... which we did not order when we took it back the manager Betsy refuse to exchange or compensate us for the pizza which is totallyunacceptable as far as customer service We have been long time Cece?s lovers in this household and now we will no longer supportyour company eating out Betsy needs to be dealt with she needs a customer service class there?s no reason she should?ve beenrude to my daughter about sauce on a pizza. So I have a monthly doctors appt in houston, my way home my daughter wanted cicis pizza as I work for another pizza chain at... home I really did not want to eat here but relented. So we stopped in porter, tx so I grab a slice of pepperoni my daughter andgranddaughter grab cheese, and my daughter put in for a meat monster for me and a classic chicken no chicken as she is vegan anddoesn't eat meat.so they made the classic chicken with chicken and set it out on the buffet and called it out 3 other customersate all the pizza b4 she could get up They never made the meat monster but the few slice we each had barely ate it was cold andour Cocos at home when you order a special they bring it to your table ,my daughter went to complain to the mgr and ask for arefund she refused to give the refunded for the order except for my granddaughter which was a discounted buffet since she was aminor I will never eat at this restraunt again bad service rude employee/mgr, food was cold and gross. I was here eating at Cicis?s trying to have dinner with my family until ; I decided to Grab some soup because there was no... pizza . ?? I found a black hair on the juice of the soup . I approached management Adriana was beyond rude saying I had beeneating for 20 min so i couldn?t get a refund. When I grab soup because There was no pizza I was grossed out. She mention shewas the only manger, she didn?t want to give me corporates number I had to go look for it. Than her daughter wants to approachour table saying that was her mom & she had been working for the restaurant 4 years and never experience anything like tonight.I found this very unprofessional . Do not eat here. At this point don?t acknowledge she?s in the wrong because she said she wasthe only manager so it wasn?t gonna get anywhere . We visited the CiCi's in Greenville, TX. The service was awful but the food was even worse!!!! Only 2 pizzas on buffet & no... pasta. The so called manager kept getting on his phone & texting.....should have been hustling pizzas out. When pizzas weregetting put out they were immediately gone because everyone was waiting on them to get something out on buffet. The deserts hadbeen sitting out forever....they were all dried out and hard as rocks. Never once in the entire time we sat there did theyoffer to make fresh ones even after several customers complained. We used to visit weekly but have noticed it continues to godown hill each time we visit. Thinking Pizza Hut down the road will be our new location for Pizza. Tried several differentways to write a review and send to the main headquarters office but obviously they don't want to hear complaints because wasnever able to find a place to send complaint letter. My son and his dad are at cleburne Cicis my son got buffet dad got personal small pizza cause he had major surgery only ate 2... slices asked for a small box he couldn't eat all at once was told no he had to spend 2 $ more or he couldn't get a box we're iscompassion all he's been able to eat Jello tired wanted pizza.
