Today October 2 , 2022 I tried to order Pizza online for delivery . The staff at this location Canceled my order . I called to... ask why and the gentleman said ?we do not have drivers no one wants to work here since no one tips? Ok I understand that wasnot the problem . I re order and did a pick up order this time. I go and pick up and there is 3 drivers parked there i thegentleman i thought you didn?t have drivers? He said well we do but they are busy. I understand that they have multiple runs todo but Do not cancel some one?s order and lie about the reason for doing so. I work in the health field I had to clock out andgo pick up my order which am not always able to so delivery is our best option. I even told the gentleman U have no idea if wewere going ti tip or not and the fact you want to blame costumers you should be a shame . Also my coworkers and my self like totip Cash since its much easier that way and do out best to tip $10 plus every time we order from anywhere. It?s a shame whathappen but at the end of the day we will no longer be dealing with dominos pizza if thats the type of employees they have. Read more

I wanted to leave a review for the staff. Every time I come here, the staff are working hard. They are always moving. They have... an old school work ethic. I hope the owner or manager recognize them for their hard work, and customers appreciate them. Thepizza is always hot, well made, and service is a quality. I really appreciate the employees working at this location! We?ve been ordering from here for almost two years now and my... brothers who are quite young are the ones who pick up the orders! Needless to say the employees are so sweet and honest! Otherthan that I?ve never had any other problems with my orders as well, I?ve ordered over the phone and on the app and they?realways made on time with perfection! Read more
I've done takeout here twice and while the service is fine the pizza is not. The first time both pizzas I ordered were not done.... The dough was completely raw. No big deal, I just put them in my oven for a few minutes. The second time they didn't put anytoppings?! Needless to say the second visit will be my last visit. Read more
Order a pizza from the one in Coppell for my family and it took a little long to get to us so we call to make sure it's on the... way and the gentleman named Connor curse at my brother and then threatened to come to our house and hurt us now I did talk tothe manager John about this on the phone and he said that he'll deal with this young man but as for us I think we'll hold off onordering for a while because we are worried. I tried to order last night pizza and they canceled my order so I got something else. 1 hour later they show up at my door with... food. I was like I?m not paying for it because you canceled it. So, today I decided to order food in advance. I ordered my foodat 10:39 am exactly to be delivered to my hotel room at 12:15 pm. I never got my food. So, I tried calling no answer. I call thecall center they can not get ahold of them and they can not do anything about it. I got no refund and can?t even make acomplaint until my order is started delivery. This is ridiculous. This review is for Sunday afternoon on 10/23. They have only two people working at this location during this time. I ordered 3... pizzas and requested one of them to be half cheese and the other half to have black olives and jalapeños but look at the picand see for ur self. One of the order was for cheese with square cut because it?s easy to eat for young kids but again look atthe pic and tell me if that?s a square cut and it wasn?t even cut properly. When I went to complain they said it will takeanother 20 mins if I wanted another pizza. No apology nothing and no feeling sorry that they messed up my order. Read more
