The male manager at this site needs serious manager evaluation. He literally called the cops on me because I asked where was my... order. I never raised my voice never got upset with him but he didn't give me the same respect. I asked why was he so upset andyelling at me making a scene, this only made him madder. Once the cop's shows up I had 3 witness there who agreed that this guywas definitely having a bad day and took it out on me. I hate I didn't get a name. Because, he also admitted to the officersthat showed up he was having a bad day which everyone inside that McDonald's knew as well. The kiosk to place your order ondoesn't work. Old over cooked fries. The works cannot communicate with general customer service skills. Unorganized and its always a hassel... at this location. Its closest to me but I left and went to another because its frustrating when they just dont listen. Its nothard but they make it hard with the confusion that they operate in. Read more

I have not ate at McDonalds in a while and I remember why now. I order #2c 1/4 Pounder Deluxe. They have one job, to put a... sandwich together to eat. I was handed the bag, it did not tip over or get knocked around and opened it and it was all over theplace in the box. Since I havent gone in years, won't be any loss to not go back ever again. Just got home with my order. My order was a Smoky BLT Large combo and a kids meal cheeseburger (meat, cheese, pickles only)... happy meal. My BLT is missing bacon. My fries are a medium. When ordering I noticed on the screen that she just put plain onthe cheeseburger happy meal. So before I completed my order I asked if she had pickles on the cheeseburger. She said ?No, justplain. Did you want pickles on it?? I said yes. Just meat cheese and pickles. Now we?re at home and my daughter mentioned thatthere?s no pickles on her cheeseburger. Didn?t phase her too much. But it was kind of the straw that broke the camel?s back forthis review. I just don?t understand how you can make a BLT without bacon? especially with how much they charge for bacon on aburger.
