Waited over an hour for this pizza and what do I get. Not someone else's order..... it has my name but some random barbecue... pineapple mess. This is ridiculous because of course now they're closed. I've always liked papa johns pizza, for a few years now because of schedule and routes we usually take etc..we had been going to... a different chain primarily and they had a pizza with a particular ingredient combination we really enjoyed. I say enjoyedbecause the other pizza chain discontinued the key ingredient and in so doing discontinued the relationship we had cultivated. Icalled the corporate office ,but nothing was done. We were cast into a pizza dark ages. It felt like punishment. Today afterwork I stopped in to papa John's pizza. I ordered the pizza combination we had been getting from the old spot....cue the music!Now dance 2,3,4 It was soo good and we are so happy about it. Made an order several months ago and been waiting for a news story to follow up what I was told that night. I waited two hours... for my food, NEVER received it, so I called. They didn?t answer so I kept calling because I was charged over $20 for food Ineeded. After about an hour of calling, someone finally answered and told me I would not get my food because THERE WAS A DEATHIN THE STORE. A DEATH. WHAT?! I ended up ordering Pizza Hut and got my delivery within 20 min. Just don?t even bother orderinghere, save yourself the energy and time. Thanks to Jeff -I had a great experience at this papa johns tonight. I made a mistake and ordered a stuffed crust pizza but did... not add pepperoni. When I got home and realized my mistake I called the store and spoke to Jeff. Jeff was willing to remake thepizza correctly for me even thought it was my own mistake. I was able to pick up the correct pizza less than 15 minutes later.Thank you Jeff! Read more
Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza, and received one with marinara instead. Called the store and asked to get a replacement sent... out, and was told it'd arrive in 45-55 minutes. Followed up with the store 90 minutes later to find no replacement order wasever put in. To top it off, the quality of the rest of the order was generally poor. Update: After following up that night whenthe replacement never arrived I was offered a refund. 3 days later after not seeing a refund I followed up to find that norefund was ever issued. Read more
Twice now, this Papa John's has barely added toppings, or left some off completely. This pizza was supposed to have Spinach,... Mushrooms, tomatoes, and Onions. They completely left off all spinach. It barely had any mushrooms or tomatoes, and of the smallamount that was on it, they were very unevenly spread out. Low quality pizza - if you want any kind of good pizza, I'd gosomewhere else. We like papa Johns a lot but extremely disappointed with this recent order. please see attached photos pan pizza burned, cheese... sticks are totally dry not much cheese and large regular pizza has extremely huge bezels. Hope they improve and don?t disappointcustomers. Read more
Ordered online. Received order totally wrong. Tried to call and let someone know and they kept us on hold for over 10 minutes... and then hung up. Never could speak to a manager. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Will be the last time we order pizzafrom here. Read more
