Tuesdays is for Tacos! Rosa?s has consistent quality food and a great team that makes sure orders are cranked out even when they... are packed. We are regulars here and have never had any issues. The team here is friendly and helpful. You really can?t gowrong with anything on the menu. I do have a soft spot for the soft flour tortilla chicken tacos. Pleasantly surprised! Very clean and the staff was very friendly too. Had the #55 chicken enchiladas and they had a lot of... chicken inside! Also tried the taco plate - they are not like Mexican street tacos. These are Tex-Mex and use flour tortillas.You do pay for chips but there is a salsa bar with endless salsa. They have lots of different sauces like tomatillo and anchochili and different tomato salsas as well. The salsa bar includes large hole jalapeños, sliced pickled jalapeños, cilantro,and onions. I would not recommend the margaritas here. Tried the strawberry margarita and it tasted like Kool-Aid to me. Itdidn?t taste like there was any alcohol in it ? but what do you expect from a margarita that cost 4.99? I hear Taco Tuesdays area good night to come for a cheap meal. Came in to get a dozen breakfast tacos to bring to work. While the cashier wasn't too friendly, the two ladies who prepared my... food worked extremely hard and fast. They also labeled everything and displayed the food in a tray. I really appreciated thesense of urgency and attention to detail. My team enjoyed their breakfast very much!
