Came on lunch break to get a simple order. Waited for 20 minutes, never got my order, tried getting someone to respond over the... intercom and waited another 10 minutes. Never got my order and never was told why. Had to leave because I have a time limit onlunches. Worst sonic experience ever. Read more
I placed an mobile order for 3 drinks during lunch rush and unfortunately all the stalls were full so I went through drive-thru... and told them I had a mobile pick-up. No complications they told me to pull forward and I got my drinks. They remembered thestraws and napkins as well! Read more
Been sick for several days and ended up in the ER from receiving some kind of nastiness of a drink (Supposed to be a Dr... Pepper/Pictured). Health dept I hope is going to look into this. Management had no concern about my well-being and told me notto call them back. Hope none of y'all have to deal with this like I have. Read more
Food is usually good. Went here one time during a 50c corn dog special. The place was packed. All stalls were taken and a long... drive thru line. I saw one lady leaving angry w/o her food. I think I waited about 20 minutes although I ordered from the app 10minutes before arriving. Read more
We've been here a few time- kiddos like the slushies, especially on a warm day. Today might have ruined that for us. We stopped... by at about 1800. The drive through was busy but there were spots to pull in, so quick placed an online order and waited. Andwaited. And waited. Used the call button to be sure they got the order. Waited more. We asked to cancel our order after abouttwenty minutes and asked for a receipt? were told it would "be right out" (drive through now empty). We waited some more. Thirtyminutes after ordering, with no receipt showing cancelled/refunded order, we finally had to just leave. Read more
