I?m extremely disappointed in Subway. My husband purchased us subs on 8/12/22. I was enjoying my sub and happy because the... person that prepared it didn?t drown my sub in Mayo and mustard however when I got towards the end of the subs I bit a piece ofglass that was inside my sandwich. I?m extremely disappointed because this is not a mistake that should happen. I?m glad that Ieven notice the glass because what would of happened if I swallowed the glass. I understand mistakes happen and unfortunatesituations happen but management or whoever in charge should be able to create solutions so this does not happen to someoneelse. If I would of choked or cut my throat this would of been a lawsuit. Subway must do better Read more

Bad service , the kids working at this subway need to be replaced and for the black girl, she needs to be fired. I greeted her... with a smile and she mean mugged me and gave me attitude the whole time . Don?t worry I left a little gift on the table for herto clean . I just left this Subway after paying an extra $3 for double meat, totaling a $10 sandwich- when I just opened the sandwich,... there was literally almost NO MEAT whatsoever in the sandwich. As the guy was making my sandwich, I said ?Did you rememberdouble meat?? And he said yes. I think he forgot to put ANY meat on the sandwich. Not going to this location anymore. WORST SERVICE and DISASTER CHICKEN. I bought 2 footlong chicken and the chicken tastes like old one. I told the shop service... person for the same and he did not respond to me properly. He asked me to bring back the chicken sandwich to show that to hismanager. And he just throws that into trash and gave me one footlong refund..i refused to get the refund; I did not even ask forthe refund from beginning; I told him that chicken is old and don?t give that to anyone. I received coupons from subway in the mail and they did not take them. I do not come to subway to eat often but this time the... coupons made it appealing for us to come and use them. So we started to order the subs and when it was time to pay they toldus they do not take coupons of any kind. I was very upsetting but I just paid and left (I did not want to make a 17 year oldkid pass a hard time, she was stressed out because it was getting busy).
