This is the worst burger king I have been to, let me tell u people better be careful with there breakfast most of there... sandwiches sit under a heat lamp till they get sold usually about 2 hrs, then they stick them in the microwave to warm them up,making u think they r fresh. If u want some like that then go to Sam's and get some frozen one's and u can stick them in themicrowave urself for less money. This Burger King is in need of alot of cleaning and hot food and apparently new management! This used to be our favorite place... to eat! Now we are forced to eat elsewhere! The restaurant was so dirty when we went in and employees just standing around doingnothing! You would think since covid the place would be cleaned!!! The glass doors looked like they haven't been cleaned inmonths! All of our food was cold! The fries were old n hard! The burgers were squashed and hardly any veggies on them! Thisplace has just went down hill! We spent over 35 dollars for food and drinks! What a waste of our hard earned money!!! You needcorporate down here to fix our Bk! DO NOT EAT HERE! I would like to give a shout out to the Copper Cove location for o?Neil and Ian for their customer service, they were awesome I... tried to do the survey online but the numbers we couldn?t see so they tried to write it down, but they were were not correct andI tried three or four different ones , so I put it on here. Pulled into drive thru Second lane the employee came on intercom and told me he will be right back. I watched two cars ordered... and pull away and then a third pulled up and started ordering. I drove up to the window and the employee was sitting down andnot even looking out the window. I told him that I been waiting to order and don't worry about it. Pulled up to the pick upwindow and asked for the Manager. I told her what happened and said Thank you cause I will never be back. This place hasdefinitely been going down for the last two years. Food was good. Service was a little shocking. Impossible burger order without vegetables and mayo. Received with tomato,... Lettuce, and mayo. When asked to prepare as ordered. Told it wasn't ordered that way. When a customer states no vegetables andno mayo and cashier doesn't enter it in that way, when is it the customer's fault? What happened to having a burger your waywhen ordering at Burger King? I think the rude employee in the black shirt and black pants was the shift leader. He needs towork on his customer service. I will think very hard before eating at this location again. Rudeness is a complete turn off forthis customer. Read more
I give this place three stars because I've never had a problem in the morning time. Your night crew is rude. Our food was cold... and not made properly. Didn't go back to do replacements because I'm sure we would have gotten something undesirable put in ourfood. I'll be calling you there in the morning and give an update. Right now though, save yourself the hassle and just go toMcDonald's or whataburger if it's late in the evening. Read more
Sells food of their app that they don?t have in the store and when you come to pick up the order, they won?t refund you or offer... something at equal value. Manager, Scott is too cowardly to confront the customer wishing to correct the situation, insteadhides out in the back office. Read more
