Ordered through DoorDash. It was delivered and my bad was sealed with stickers. I ordered 50 dollars worth of food and when I... opened my bag, I was missing sandwiches, missing my chips and my drink. I just tried calling the store 3 times straight and notone person answered. Ordered online, walked inside & it was crazy busy, there was a sign near a rack for pick up orders. I waited for my food to be... placed there; however, time just passed by. Then people walked straight in and over to the counter. They were given their food.Thats when I realized their pick up rack was obsolete. I was very upset. I went to the counter and after a minute or so ofconfusion for the staff, I received my order. I got home and it was the wrong order. I won't be back for a while. Read more
Great if you want to wait an eternity when there are only 2 other customers there. Only 2 people working, clearly understaffed.... My 1 hot sub took over 30 min because they choose to prioritize pick up/online orders over people waiting. By the time I leftthere were several people in line waiting to have there order taken that had been there for at least 15 min. And several morepeople had come in and left because the wait was so long. I rarely come because they are so expensive but did as a treat but Icould have picked up all the ingredients at Heb gone home and made it myself before they were done with my SINGLE hot sub.Really poor customer service. Food is always 5 stars, however, workers were not today @5:30. I placed an online order and asked abt my order. They didn't even... have my order printed. They started working on my order and I sat down to wait patiently. A male worker asked me if I had theoriginal, before I could answer the female worker said no, she was working on my order. When she decided to complete my order,instead of informing me my order is ready, she walks all around the counter and places it on the to-go rack without saying aword to me. So, I'm sitting there waiting for my order until I saw that a man who was also waiting for his online order gets hishanded to him, the original I was asked abt. So I asked where my order was. They said oh we just put it on the rack. They knew Iwas waiting... Why be tht rude n not tell me tht it was completed? You guys took an extra 20 mins to make my food, tht was noissue. Final update ???? after getting emails saying this review is seen a lot, never have been contacted by company even after a... submission of this incident on their website. Speaks for itself, not even an apology or care! Updating my review because itneeds to be said. I?m tired of establishments like this one raising prices while cutting back on quality and quantity. We justordered delivery from here through the app, $50 with all the hoops and added on fees for two large sandwiches that both areflat, one missing tomatoes, the bread is stale and crunchy, the onions hard, lettuce wilted, and the deliver from choose thirdparty (DoorDash) should have their tip taken back for terrible service. Food was left outside with no text, knock, ring, orcommon courtesy. This is shameful, ?a sub above? really?
