This place su*Ks with service. Called to place an order and was put on hold for over 15 min. So I called again and was place on... hold again. Waited 5 min. Very disappointed!! They served us 3 under cooked, over sauced pizzas and some doughy under cooked crazy bread. When I called to... see if I could at least exchange my sons cheese pizza, they told me that it was Door Dashes problem. Really?! I didn't realizethat it was the Door Dash drivers responsibility to go in and prepare the meal before delivery. Lol. Get it together LittleCaesars! The employees were very Rude and unprofessional, yelling in the background that it's not there fault and that I need tocall Door Dash. We'll be taking out business elsewhere, from now on. Read more
My "stuffed crazy bread" did not look as advertised, and was overly soggy and greasy.
Ordered two extra most bestest pizzas. Had to wait so they could make them (not at all a big deal). The pizza maker was upset... that I just had my name for the order as "K." I didn't see the harm since there would be no confusion, because I waited in thestore. I asked if they were extra most bestest. He said, yep. I should have looked, that is on me, but I watched him take it outof the oven. Came home, no extra most bestest. Only upset, because you pay more and it's the principle of integrity. Why getupset at the ticket about my name being a letter, but not read the other letters that spell out what the order is suppose to be?If I wanted a regular pizza, I would not have wasted my time and money to get it how I wanted. Moral of the story: Check theirwork and don't upset the pizza maker by having a single letter for your order. Read more
The 5 stars is for The service I received from Hailee. I don?t know how she can handle dealing with rude customers along with... rude staff at the same time. I bought 5 pizza's 3 out of the 5 were burnt. So I called little ceasers back advised them of the burnt pizza. I spoke to the... manager and she told me to bring her pizza's back and she'll give us new ones. There was no I am sorry for the inconveniencenothing, just a gruff bring my pizzas back and I'll give you fresh ones. We got there with the 3 pizza's got no greeting nothingstood there for about 3mins with no acknowledgement. I had to get the ladies attention to let her know we were here. A kidbrought us out three pizza's while one in the back yelled out make sure you get all the pizzas back. I then proceeded to tellthe lady I got a wrong pizza again she told us to wait and finally just gave me a pizza out of the warmer. My son and I tried tothank her, but she turned her back on us and ignored us. I am very disappointed in the service as I would never want to feed myfamily burnt pizza I am paying for a service and expect good quality like anyone else. I expect better customer service from themanager as you are running a business and should show better work ethics as you are the leader. The way she acted I can see whythe young kids are in the back yelling out to make sure we brought in the pizza. I did not like the insinuation that I wastrying to pull one over on them. It's been a while since we ordered Little Caesars Pizza. Ordered online. They said it would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes. ... It was ready in 10. Either they weren't busy - so they could tend to our order - quick - fast - and in a hurry. Or... thepizzas and breadsticks were sitting on the warmer. We ordered 3 large pizzas, and Cheesy Bread. A hand tossed Stuffed CrustPepperoni, a 5 Meat Hand Tossed, and a hand tossed Cheese Pizza. They were good. My complaints... The only Pizza that didn'thave as much grease, was the Cheese Pizza. However, a portion of it didn't have proper cheese coverage. The other two pizzaswere quite greasy. Employees were friendly. Read more
My only complaint is that they hardly ever get my special pizza order correct. We love the pizza but they always have to remake... one pizza. ???? They might get 1 in 20 correct. Read more
