Not sure if they're understaffed or I just came during dinner time. But the wait was extremely long for chicken just like all... the other reviews. I also received a 10-piece instead of a 12 piece and realized it when I got home 7 miles away. I wasn't goingto count chicken in my car and was hoping that these people knew what they were doing. Most weren't wearing gloves. I noticedthe cashier scratched his nose and then later on grabbed tongs to put chicken in a box. Not a biggie but unsanitary for foodservice protocols. Read more

My husband and I just went there to get some food but I can absolutely not recommend this store! We ordered a menu with 5 spicy... chicken, 2 biscuits and 2 sides of fries plus another menu. They gave us only 4 chicken and 1 biscuits and 1 side of fries. Thefries were not crispy at all. The chicken was more batter than chicken and the pieces were so small. Friendly but always forgets things in our orders. Like when I order a Spicy chicken sandwich combo they forget to put the... sandwich in with the order. Or when you ask for Cajun rice and they give us red beans and rice. I get it sometimes thingshappen but this wasn't the first time. Other times the chicken tasted like it's been sitting out for a day or so. Verydisappointed in this location. We're willing to serve two towns over just to get fresh chicken and our order correct. Not sure why this location is rated so poorly, I had a great experience. When I came in they seemed a tad short staffed but... everyone assured me they would take my order in just a moment as they were busy with drive thru. There was even an employeeeating in the dining area who called out "front counter". I was only waiting a few minutes and the manager took my order. Shewas very nice and friendly and apologized several times for the wait (which was a nice touch, especially considering that Ididn't even feel like I was waiting long enough to warrant that). I'm from Louisiana and the new Manager here has turn it around. I stop going because it was a disgrace. This time my order took... me back to my home state of Louisiana. I ordered the nuggets and they were oily and had literally no flavor to them. Not even the BBQ sauce could save it. I ended up... not even finishing the nuggets. Just left this location, around 3:45 on 23 June 2022. Food cold as hell, chicken taste unseasoned, and I don?t know what kind of... thighs these are, but it shouldn?t be the size of the palm of my hand, and forgot all my dang sauce, Yes!!! Jan 10 2022 Order # 26 4:31 pm My Husband and I Chose to order for a Birthday treat for me from my Mom on our way back to our... home in Killeen 11 miles away We have a limited budget so eating out is a rare chance . 17.64 for 2 Big Box Strips order theperson working drive through had to stop our order more than once to consult someone about what went into the order she alsolacked any customer service skills and my husband ordered 2 Coleslaws since there were no red beans and rice somehow she decidedhe wanted 2 fries by then it seemed pointless to correct that When we got home we found the chicken dry and cold the fries aswell and the serving size for my Mashed /Gravy and Mac/cheese were in a medium container and only filled the bottom of thosecontainers The entire episode has certainly not been the best and with my 17 years as a Customer service rep for Boost Mobileand Netspend I can say the drive through person would not have made it through my classes If this location is any indication ofthe others in our area I think we can pass on Popeye's also complaint left in email and Facebook have yet to acknowledged byCorporate so I think you know how they operate.
