I hadn't been here in about a hundred years. And wow they still make my caramel macchiato the best. Staff was a stay behind the... counter asking only what was needed to be put in your cup. Just a bit more of a welcome would help others to pass the same on.Seating is tight with a few long term internet customers in seats so I just did a go. Looked clean from the,counter area back. This Starbucks specifically is always rude! Everytime I go they talk to you aggressively or they just don?t listen to you talk... and talk over you. Most of the time my drink is always messed up as well. The Starbucks in Killeen has better customer serviceand makes your drinks perfect and that should say something?. Hire nicer people Read more
Yesterday morning I went through the drive-thru and ordered a venti cold brew black. After several minutes of seeing baristas... rush around the window I received my coffee. The gentlemen who handed me my coffee informed me that they ?had to cut it?. It wasonly after I pulled away that I realized what he meant. My cold brew was filled top to bottom with ice and the coffee that wasinside of it was so water down that tea would have been stronger. Nowadays, paying nearly $5 for a cup of coffee is a treat anda luxury. I don?t know if they were running low on cold brew, but they should?ve told me so and they should?ve offered me analternative. I feel cheated. I will never go back to this location again. Read more
Starbucks is Starbucks wherever you go which is what makes it a comfortable coffee choice. However, this Starbucks does things a... little better. Everyone is kind and friendly. Ordered via the app, drive thru or at the counter drinks are made quickly andcorrectly. Read more

I visit here when I want to treat myself to a hand-crafted coffee. The staff is friendly and work very well as a team, just... watch the synchronization when they have a rush! And don't get mad if your coffee isn't ready when you walk in, there werepeople that ordered ahead of you! Try asking politely, they are working hard for us. They have healthy snacks, breakfast andlunch as well. The inside has been remodeled and it looks great! Read more
