Staff was great, but the coffee it's self was not.
Very nice young lady staff. Super helpful ?? and the Mounds coffee I tried was wonderful ????????. My mom had the spiced Chai... tea and she said it was delicious as well! Went yesterday morning and ordered 3 20oz hot coffee's when we got them they all tasted like pure water and the new girl didn't... put the lids on correctly so when my daughter and I picked them up outta the cup holders the lids popped off and hot coffee wentall over us and my van. From a out of stater, I had a custom order my old sister in law told me to order. I've spent over $40 over the first month... being there because I love this custom drink but the older lady who runs the shop is not friendly. Coffee and teas are great, staff is always friendly however one employee is incredibly slow so if she is working and you are... third in line expect to wait 10-30 minutes for your drinks. Most mornings I simply don't have that kind of time to wait. Read more
First off great menu. Unfortunately we were met with a lecture about how we ordered wrong. I simply asked the barista if one of... the drinks I could get in a latte or mocha. I didn't think that that was too difficult of question she then proceeded to tell ushow we ordered wrong and we just needed to pick whether it was hot iced or Blended. I've ordered coffee for 20 years. She wasextremely rude. So we told her to cancel the drinks because we don't need a lecture we just needed a cup of damn coffee.
