I tried this place for the first time today and I’m a fan. The chicken was fried to perfection and was super fresh as they... fry it to order (I had to wait about 10 minutes but it was worth it). I got the original boneless chicken with the soy garlicsauce to dip it in and it was super delicious. Read more

I've tried all sorts of Korean Friend Chicken places so I am quite picky about the quality. Chicko Chicken tasted very similar... to that of many other places where the chicken lacks quality. I think OZ still holds the best fried chicken around Vancouver inmy opinion and one thing I do like about Chicko Chicken is they offer their very spicy chicken that could honestly be a bitspicier but at least there is an option whereas most other places don't even have that option. Quantity is fine but qualitycould improve in my humble opinion. Read more

I bought the Yangyeom chicken for 26.25$. It's sweet n spicy. I'm not a fan of sweet as I hate sweet n sour sauce. It has a... similar taste to that which I did not like. I'll have to try the Original when I get a chance, but at just under 25$ I don'tknow if it's worth it. You get a free pop n pickled garnish with your purchase. Read more

**PLEASE DISREGARD THE DUMPLINGS, NOT PART OF THE ORDER** I ordered the soy garlic bone-in chicken and it was very delicious. I... didn't eat it right away because I wanted to get home first and watch a movie with my meal but even after the 45 minute transit, the chicken was still crispy. Of course the bottom was a bit soggy but that's not for them to blame. Knowing that my chicken wasstill relatively crispy after nearly an hour, I imagine it would've tasted spectacular straight out of the fryer. I madedumplings alongside (should've taken a photo before putting the dumplings in, but oh well!). The chicken came with a small sideorder of pickled radish. I personally LOVE pickled radish so next time I will order a bigger side pickled radish. All in all, definitely some of the best korean fried chicken I've had in Vancouver- highly recommend. Even the boneless chicken tastesamazing! Read more

I love both the original and yangyeom! Yangyeom was the perfect balance between sweet and spicy (some other places have it too... sweet). The chicken was nice and juicy. The portion was generous as well! The service was excellent, they were reallynice! Definitely gonna come back and try other flavours Read more

Fried to order so give yourself some time (went peak lunch time, ordered two full orders and was given an accurate wait time of... 30mins) Flavor- dusted fingers are a sign of a good snack and this chicken is tassstttyyy Highlight was the “cheese snow”chicken: a kraft-dinner like powder coats the perfectly crispy chicken. Would order again!! Read more

Love this place, the chicken is always fresh and tasty. The app for ordering is precise, fast and easy to use. No complaints... from any of the flavours and or dishes I’ve tried. My go to delight! My favourites would be the Yangyeom and Buldak ones, Therecent addition of Haek is also nice. Read more
