I love the chicken at Church's Chicken. The chicken recipe is the best! But the service at this location is the worst...... every... single... time. The people that work here are friendly, but it is horribly understaffed and no one has a sense ofurgency there. It's painful to watch the staff work behind the counter. Church's chicken is by far, in my opinion, the best fried chicken in Vancouver. I often go to this location, but can't help... noticing that waiting times are becoming nothing but horrendous. I read some reviews and noticed the owner "appreciates thefeedback" but does not do a thing to expedite service. Some complaints are a year long Prices have been going up steadily fora while, but at the same time customer service has gone from bad to no existing. Oil is always black. Gravy is chunky, no taste in chicken, no seasoning. Order's always wrong, everytime im there someoneelse... is also complaining. I call after I get home and they always say 1 free piece of chicken for messing up. Then when i do comeback they say its been to long. I've been coming to this location for 8 yrs. And it's really gone bad. I've always postedpictures of my food and my friends agree that this location needs to do something. Otherwise, allow someone like cheekochicken or Popeyes to take over that location..... The black oil that seeps from the food, gross. Change your oil! Read more
Staff don?t really seem to care about customers when they walk in and appear to be more preoccupied with whatever conversation... they were having. Food was good, chicken was fresh and juicy, fries were so-so, seemed like it was left out for a bit. Serviceleft a lot to be desired. Great experience, hot food, good service and 24/7. One of my go to favourites when having a late night craving. Can?t beat the... Mexicana sandwich and spicy chicken tenders. Ordered via SKIP the dishes for this most recent order and it still arrivedrelatively warm and was delicious. Highly recommend this location and churches in general to anyone. Read more

Oil is always fresh, mine always comes hot, and if you ask for the white meat, it is chicken on steroids lol, breasts are huge!
