Ordered 2 drinks with pearls and the worker forgot to add them. When we told them that they had forgotten the pearls after we... clearly ordered with pearls, they told us we didn't. There is a PL on our cup if that means with pearls. They asked if wewanted to pay extra to add pearls even though we said yes to pearls when she asked while ordering. On last Sunday of October, it was rainy and my car was out of order. It was very late and I did not know how to manage that... terrible situation. However, the owner of COCO helped me to fix the car! Even though it was late and rainy, he sincerely helpedme. I think he is not just selling the tea but also giving the warm heart. I really feel the world is worth living and filledwith the hope. CoCo fresh is some of the best Bubble Tea I've had in Vancouver. Namely they are concise and timely to procure the order placed... at the counter and the staff were young, perhaps inexperienced but were chipper at least. Uniquely, the company offers varyinglevels of sugar and ice in the tea, and allows for customers to specify a drink that is suitable to their tastes. Inexpensiveand a great treat! Read more

Went on a weekday afternoon and there were a couple people already inside. The layout of the store is very simple and no indoor... seating. Staff were patient and did not rush ordering. Ordered a medium matcha latte and the order was made after a short wait.With only two (new) staff it was a little slow but nothing outrageous. New store, very clean. Looks like they are still figuring things out, as the staff ignored me for several minutes even though... the store was completely empty... Taste wise, the bubble tea was good and up to CoCo's standards. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thoughtthe amount of toppings was less than expected compared to the amount given at other CoCo locations.
