Terrible customer service! We wanted 3 ice creams (it was a hot August afternoon) and I asked the lady if I could try one... flavor. She gave me a very tiny piece of it on the spoon that I hardly tasted it. Nobody was waiting behind us. However she wasin a rush. Then my son asked for 2 scoops in a cone and she made them very small too!. We spent almost $25 on 3 tiny ice creamsand the customer service was horrible. Never come back!! Read more
I bought an ice cream cone and i was happy to pay tips. The lady who gave me the ice cream she didn?t put the ice on the cone... properly and after passing it to me,the ice cream dropped down on the floor but she rejected to give me another one even she wasnot sorry for what happened. I thought she didn?t notice so i told her that my ice cream dropped and she said when i gave you itwas fine so it?s your responsibility. There was people around me and they were shocked. They were starting arguing with ladythat?s not fair to not give him another one while you didn?t put it probably but she just ignored the people as well. This is myfirst time in my live i have seen that people like those make money like that. They have big business and still don?t care abouttheir customers?s feelings. I am very sorry that i paid tips to people like those people!!! I will never buy anything from thisjunk place again and i will start preventing my family and friends to visit this place. Stopped in for a brunch crepe and the service and food were beyond incredible! The staff there are such kind and good people... that it warms my heart just remembering the experience. I sat down to eat and was basically treated like it was a restaurant buthonestly some restaurants could never come close to this kind of service. Absolutely no complaints about the crepes either asthey were so delicious. Will definitely make this a regular spot! Read more

The service is very friendly, then the flavors of their ice cream arrive and the good preparation of their crepes.

The waffle was very good but I would have preferred juuuust a bit more Nutella - that is why 4* But otherwise very delicious I... changed it to 5* because of the response from the owner. I?ll definitely ask for more nutella ???? Read more
While their gelato was passable the owner/manager was horribly rude and offensive which made our entire experience not worth... it. My aunt got confused and accidentally took someone else?s cone and we apologized for the mistake. But the man made a sceneand was so rude. We would have happily paid for the additional cone. When we voiced this he still was rude like oh well shewasted my ice cream. Again - we would have paid for it and will gladly do so but there?s no justification for the lack ofservice and rudeness that we received. Read more
