The female customer rep let her friends cut through the line. Worse yet, I didn't know they didn't accept ANY dairy queen... coupons at this location. When asked why, they said they don't participate in DQ coupons. Read more

I went to Dairy Queen to get a Orange Julius. There was no line up and only one employee. Unfortunately that employee was... standing behind the counter talking on her personal cellphone. I stood there for 5 minutes before she held up one finger tosuggest 1 more minute. At this point I was fed up, I had waited for 6 minutes to order when there was no line up. I didn’t endup ordering anything as this was an incredible inconvenience for me and I went to Jugo Juice instead where they served meimmediately. This is horrible customer service and i will not be returning. I hope the employee that neglected to help me, andpossibly others, is fired. Read more

Management has made the decision to NOT allow customers to use coupons, even corporate coupons. Yes, you heard me correct, they... will NOT accept coupons that are direct from head office! To management: yes you may lose a dollar or two when a customer usesa coupon during one visit, but you stand to lose a lot of future business that these same customers would bring to you on futurevisits. In my case, your location won't see a penny from me or my family in the future. We will go to other Dairy Queenlocations when we have Birthdays to celebrate and need to buy an ice cream cake or when we want to purchase other treats. Ihope this information is helpful to others.
