Seems every time I go and ask for extra pieces and all throughout my blizzard, they make the same thing. Doesn?t matter if I... spend 1$ extra or 6 $ extra to have extra pieces. They are never there!!! I?m getting fed up spending 20$ each time to bedisappointed. I ask if she can make sure all extra pieces are added and she walks away, blizzards get put on counter and shecomes back from the back. She did not check and did not inform her people to make sure it?s there. Unimpressed with thislocation. When I get home to eat, not only did I pay for extra cookie for in my blizzard, but it?s just simply not there. This location is very clean and well maintained. The staff here is very friendly. The restaurant is a little hidden for the... entrance and the exit for the drive thru is a little tight. The staff here is one of the few I've seen regularly do the blizzardtest by turning ur blizzard upside down. Read more

This location has special on small cones for $1.99. That?s good for me as I?m a senior on limited income. I wanted the cone... dipped in chocolate. The charge jumped to $4.50!!!! So they wanted some $2.50 for the thin coating! I can understand an extramaybe $.50c or a dollar. I also understand that the low price of the cone is marketing but the charge for chocolate on it of$2.50 is daylight robbery!!! Understood that your regular price for a cone is $3.69 and you charge 0.81 cents extra for thechocolate coating then why not charge that for your special cone price?? Read more

Was just there at the drive thru. We ordered 2 blizzards. A med recesses cup and a small cherry chip. When they handed me the... order there was lots on them (usually no lids) and we found out why when we got home. The cherry chip was melting already within a 2 minute drive home. The recesses cup had an hair in it. Don't think I'll be going back. Read more
